Although they still need to re-figure their phone setup, they redeemed themselves with good customer service once I was in contact with them. My requests were met promptly and courteously, which is very much appreciated.

U.S. support, incredibly talented engineers and superior management make this a fantastic company to do business with. I am constantly amazed at how quickly this company resolves problems. ClearData's professional, courteous, prompt service is so many levels above the typical support we usually get in the U.S.A. it's like a breath of fresh air that is long overdue. This company can really "git r done"!
Called my shop, ask for one of the people that worked here. The young "lady" rudely just hangs up when I try to give her a better time to reach her desired contact. Of course when trying to reach these guys back I get voicemails and no return calls.
If I could give this company a 0 star review, I would. We had a one year contract with ClearDATA and couldn't wait to move away from them. Within the year timeframe, we were passed around to 4 or 5 account managers, often with no notice between shifts. We would have a critical issue that we needed help with and email our account manager only to get a bounced back email stating that person no longer worked at the company. With the exception of the last Account Manager we had prior to leaving, all were unresponsive and not knowledgeable of their products. Issue resolution was very spotty. Some days a high priority ticket would be addressed immediately, other days, I would have to send multiple emails to even get a response on a high priority issue. When giving notice of a non-renewal of our contract, our AM did listen to our issues, however the only thing that was truly done during our termination period was that ClearDATA tried to sell us an additional product. Finally, 2 days prior to our contract being up, I reached out to my account manager stating we had some data that we needed to recover from our account prior to termination and asked what the process would be for that. She responded that she was out at a conference and would address my concern as soon as she could. I didn't hear from her. I received a "Account has been decommissioned" email from their support staff. I then forwarded the email to her asking about our data that still needed to be recovered. The response I received was "that data is not recoverable any longer as the account has been decommissioned, sorry I can't be of more service." I don't know that I've worked with a more unhelpful company.
My customer service experience with ClearDATA has been terrible. The product I purchased was never delivered; I understand that mistakes happen, so expected a refund. I've been chasing that refund for months. I call, I email, no response. If you are at ClearDATA and you care about your brand, please reach out to me - it's not too late to make this right!
