Great staff. Efficient and absolutely beautiful work. Relaxed and fun environment. Literally the most perfect braiding salon I have ever been to and am now a loyal customer.

Worse experience ever. Trying to support black businesses but never this one. Appointment at 12 didn't start til 130 because the stylist has to purchase my hair. Wouldn't you prepare for your appointment prior. Then set another appointment to be told while in route that she stayed late the night before. I had an event that I had to cancel but my hair looked mess. Gave a 3rd chance allowing rescheduling til next day. Enroute again to be told she had to push the appointment back but dont know how long. No time for it!!!!!!!

I am a hard person to please when it comes to my hair, but Kia did an amazing job on my braids, I also seen a style that Tasha did! Amazing talent in the shop! I recommend 100% and the prices are reasonable!

I am a hard person to please when it comes to my hair. I'll give you at least 2 chances to get it right, if you don't then I won't be a returning customer or a tipper. Well let's say I have been a returning customer of Classy &Sassy and proudly tip when I leave because they do an amazing job. I come in with a style for my stylist Kia and she always gets it right...i found my stylist in Washington finally!!!

great place to get hair braided! i was suprised how friendly and experienced in what they do. And great prices as well. Going back for hair coloring and more braids from now on!
