I have known about Classic Kitchen and Bath since we moved to Harrisonburg in 2004. They replaced a countertop for us when we first moved into our home. Since our home is 60 years old, it has needed quite a few updates over the years and we have used Classic Kitchen and Bath for all of our bathroom and kitchen udpates. The owner, Jill, is very professional and also cares a lot about our community. Jill shows this through her generosity and support of many local nonprofits. I have worked with Gabby in design and she is phenomenal. Her warm and friendly personality is why I enjoy working with her. She is very knowledgeable and professional and is able to apply her knowledge in a way that is not overbearing and incorporates my transitional taste into her plans. When looking for items in their beautiful show room, I have spent time with all of the staff at one time or another and find them all to be friendly and helpful. They seem to be a good team. If you are looking for a well run, local company, with a staff that truly cares about the quality of the product and. your experience, you should choose Classic Kitchen and Bath. I will definitely work with them in the future and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

Classic K&B did my kitchen and bathrooms for my new house - tile, cabinets, countertops. Cathy with design was a dream to work with, helping me choose quality products, refine the look, and stay in budget. This was done during COVID, when supplies were iffy - we did have to make adjustments to product choices bc of supply problems. Response time was great, ongoing communication wonderful. The kitchen and baths turned out great - I couldn't be happier!

Had my rental property kitchen renovated by Classic Kitchen & Bath... Worked with Jill throughout the project and she was a joy. The majority of our time was spent in their large showroom to make decision on each and every aspect of the kitchen. I highly recommend.

Wonderful design ideas by Gabby. Excellent attention to detail. Measured and measured and remeasured to make sure everything was correct. Their referred installer was amazing - a real craftsman. We are very happy and very satisfied with the job.

We just built a new house and worked with Gabby at Classic Kitchen & Bath for all of the cabinetry and vanities. Gabby and the team were great to work with. The kitchen and bath design was one of the hardest parts of building, and Gabby did a great job guiding us and keeping up with a myriad of details. I would highly recommend Classic Kitchen. Note: they also have cabinet options from a wide range of price points to fit almost any budget.

I worked with Tim down in Wilmington, NC to renovate my kitchen with new cabinets. They are beautiful. I had one slight delay due to a measurement but was solved. I am very picky and was very pleased with the results. I would definitely use again.

My son was referred to Classic Kitchen and Bath by a contractor when he was remodeling an old farmhouse. I thought that they would not be affordable, but I was surprised to find that they had many options available. Their designer, Gabby listened to our ideas, answered questions and offered a lot of helpful suggestions. She then created a design that utilized space as efficiently as possible and that looked great when installed! The entire team was easy to work with and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Classic Kitchen and Bath came highly recommended by a friend, and they were just what I was looking for! When I first began thinking about a kitchen remodel, I thought I was going to have to DIY with an IKEA kitchen or wait for the next big Lowes sale, but Classic's estimate was SO affordable and Leslie was beyond wonderful to work with through the design and planning process. Being able to visit the showroom and put my hands on samples made me feel so comfortable about making decisions; their offerings are all so beautiful. My kitchen had some odd spaces that I was afraid would be unusable, yet Leslie was able to come up with such smart and efficient ways to use up as much space as possible (who knew I needed a cabinet for sheet pans!). Even in the middle of a pandemic, delivery and installation were a breeze, and my installer did not leave until he knew everything was prefect and to my liking. We loved working with Classic and their team so much that we are currently using them again for a remodel project in WV! I cannot speak highly enough, 10/10!

I bought a new home a few months ago, one of the cabinet hinges broke and after calling the cabinet company they informed me that all of my cabinets came from Classic Kithen and Bath, as they are the only business in the area that sells these cabinets. I came into the store and spoke with Kimberly, she quickly had me new hinges. I then asked her how much they where going to cost, she informed me that it was still under warranty. This was an awesome feeling knowing that we had nothing to worry about, as we are still settling into our new home and getting to know our home each day. Thanks for all of your help as it is wonderful to know that there are still business's that support there customers even after the sell.

Classic Kitchen has installed a custom closet for us in our master bedroom. From the initial consultation to the installation, Classic Kitchen staff were helpful and professional. Gabby was patient in listening to our desires and asked questions about things we had not thought about but which led to a much more functional closet space. Installer was on time, friendly and professional, and cleaned up completely after the job was done. We are very happy with our experience and have recommended Classic Kitchen and Bath to others.

I had a very good experience with Classic Kitchen & Bath. Before going to them, I got a quote from one of those on-line design outfits that claims to sell for 60% of retail. Their quote was double the cost of Classic Kitchen... and didn't include the granite.

Classic Kitchen designed my kitchen and wet bar and delivered the cabinets. They are beautiful. Leslie was very detail oriented and professional. I couldn't be more pleased.

We have used Cathy at CK&B twice and got superb outcomes in both remodeling adventures. The most recent was a master bath. We converted and useless corners garden tub into a large walk in shower with aging in place upgrades. The old shower became a nice closet. Design A+. Materials A+. Scheduling B. Like any complex project, scheduling is art and science. Our project took 5 months, working around injured subs, available crews, and deer season. We are still delighted and give CK&B and Cathy the designer, a strong recommendation.

Leslie was instrumental in ensuring the final results of our new kitchen area exceeded our expectations. It is so beautiful and inviting that we are spending extra time just sitting at our new island. We had no idea what was available or where to start and on our first visit to Classic Kitchen and Bath, we knew we were in good hands.

We went to Classic Kitchens because we were looking to replace our countertops with granite. The owner hooked me up with Cathy. She was very helpful and explained our options. She took care of every detail to make sure we were satisfied and explained every step of the process.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The finished product is exactly what we were looking for. Classic Kitchens are top notch, and Cathy is great to work with.

Our family had a very positive experience with this company, specifically Leslie, on a kitchen remodel and would recommend them to others. We had a tiny space (100 SQ feet) that needed to do the job of a much bigger kitchen, be ADA accessible, with a not so big budget. Leslie was very attentive, sensitive to all our requirements, professional, and easy to work with, which is saying something because we needed to do some of the work ourselves in order to stay within our means. Leslie coordinated our efforts with the contractor's work to complete the project. We would love to work with this company again.

My husband and I began our kitchen remodel in January of 2019 with a visit to Classic Kitchen & Bath. There we were introduced to Leslie who became our consummate cheerleader and trouble shooter over the next few months. The design process and the many decisions to make (cabinetry; tile; hardware; lighting; appliances; and countertops) were daunting but Leslie helped us through each step with encouragement and advice. The remodel began in late August of 2019 and was completed in early October. The result is beautiful and our kitchen now feels as if it has been this way forever!
