On time, careful, respecting every state protocol and law in pandemic world. Comfortable vehicle. And most importantly to be fair for both sides, the price is right and not to be touched in this awful world situation. All and all, "satisfied". I'm not sure what they can do better for the city's public transportation, considering that they are the only one in Ohrid, especially in pandemic situation.

Went from Skopje to Ohrid for 530MKD in a minibus. Comfortable and nice, nice driver but no WiFi. Will definitely go with Classic again.

Not sure about the previous customers, but I had a great experience. It s not luxury travel, you get what you pay for. The bus is to be taken from outside of the office, where tickets can also be purchased. My ride was from Ohrid to SKopje. The bus was small but still comfortable. Turned up on time. Our driver did not smoke, we had a toilet break and got to our destination in the time expected. I also found every member of staff was super helpful. I used the toilet in the office as well as the WiFi.

The worst bus company, far and beyond. Unprofessional, unhygienic and customer service that would make the world s crankiest employee proud. You can t expect a company that doesn t follow basic health and safety regulation during a pandemic, to do better in the normal quotidian routine. If you are traveling this region, bad bus service is common, but this one might as well set new standards for the meaning of bad . Avoid as if your life depended on it!

During pandemic they dont have restricted number of passengers in one minibus and they dont care if the passenger are not wearing mask. I wont recommend, except you dont have another choice.

They deliver what they offer. This is a low cost transportation company and it should be reviewed as such: prime offers or excellent customer service is not what they offer and you should be aware of it before booking. I didn t come with a printed ticket and they told me I needed to print somewhere and return. I was not happy but on my walk I remembered clearly that they make it pretty clear that you MUST have a printed version and so I did it. Play by the rules and you ll get where you want with no problem. It s sad to see people putting their personal taste in reviews disregarding what is the accrual offer. In other words: low budget? Want to get there quick and safe ? Then book and enjoy the AC.
