My sister brought my elderly grandfather in to see Timothy downstairs. He works with Rapatort. The young girl with curly
hair at the front was using foul language while chatting with her friend. Same thing happened several weeks earlier when I brought him in. I tried numerous times to reach someone to make a complaint but never got through. My sister finally filed an official complaint with the joint commission agency. It s not only unprofessional behavior but unacceptable that we weren t able to even get through to speak to anyone.

The staff was kind and friendly. Performed COVID swab efficiently, and prepared me for how it would feel. Only glitch: my appointment was at 8:20am and the doors don t open until 8:30am.

Billed me a year after I went in. They somehow lost/unclaimed my insurance after the fact. Guess who doesn't keep insurance cards from their old employer?

Awful doctors office. Awful nurse practitioners. Awful customer service. Foul language being used 24/7 from the women s health front desk, Dirty waiting rooms, Ignorance and much more. Finding a new doctors office as we speak, No idea why I stayed here this long.
Also I have a bill of $100 they re constantly pestering me about, I have a bill of $100 because the woman in the health insurance department gave me the run around to get insurance. I had to get what I needed to get done that day so they billed me, I was given insurance the next day. No I m not paying $100 because nobody there knows how to do their job.
This place sucks, I d suggest finding a better doctors office.

.... if you value your health please do not go to New Bedford community health center, ( i swear to God these people are getting paid just to be there), all they do is run your insurance card so they can get paid and that's it... Don't waste your time and go straight to the hospital.

I went to our wonderful GNBHC Sat 2/08/20 for my "problem." Just one more embarrassing, humiliating visit where i just get turned away & told "to see my psychiatrist." Ive been getting that same response for over a year now. The doctor, or whatever he was, actually laughed at me. The visit lasted MAYBE a minute & a half. I left there yesterday feeling absolutely hopeless & almost suicidal. I WILL find out that dr's name.
I DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THE MEDICAL FIELD after all of the horrible & disappointing care ive received over the past year. Im just totally discouraged with the whole thing.
One more thing. I havent read too many good reviews on our fabulous health center.??? Go figure...

Hello. If your reading thos im sorry to those who have not had a good experience with tgis place. I do feel they need to do better. There are a few staff that definetly outshine this place so thank goodness for them. I have had bad experiences and good here but yesterday wasnt very good. I couldnt breathe and i wasnt given a nebulizer although i was weezing. I was hoping to get one but i gues they had other plans for me but it was fast and they were gentle with me while doing covid19 test. If you come here and something doesnt sound right please remember you are your best advocate and should fight to get your health taken seriously. If you need to tell them youd like to speak with a social worker or record for your or their safety. I hope everyone has a good day and stay safe.Handwashing and wearing a mask can protect those vulnerable to you.
