Ive been at class 1 personnel for about 3 to four years now..and from day 1 they have been a realy good company to work for.they are never miserable when you see them...its quite a pleasure going to there office in hounslow..the variety of work is exelent...all the staff there are very polite..and they will allways put themselves out for you..a great agency to work for...first class. The agency offers experienced staff minimum wage and then pays out even less than that. When you try to raise this issue with them, they don't respond to your emails. This is among other morally questionable practices of the agency.

Non respected staff, they think that they are giving you work to create missiles, what a heal is that, they have sent me three times back home, specially ladies on computer think them self as PhD in C.science and they are dealing with a simple Ms-office documents.

I ve had the best experience with Class 1 Personnel! I managed to get given work within days and the staff are so friendly and helpful, they really try to match you with a job best suited for you which I loved! I have and would continue to recommend this agency!

I'm with Class 1 Personnel (hospitality) over a year. I'm not working for them because I can not find other job, but because they are great people to work with... Both Pauls, Suki, Chris, Veronica, Anna Maria, Marco they are not only people from office that sending me messages with work details they are people that listen to you if I get any problems at work. I'm always fair with them and that works back as well. I worked all over and around the london best events. My favourite regular place of work is Twickenham Rugby Stadium and best event was Goodwood Festival Of Speed. I think as long you want to work and you work on your 100% you gonna love this agency and the opportunity they can give to you. Klaudia :)

Class 1 are a very efficient business, always willing to find you work and are very helpful.

I found the staff to be pleasant and good at keeping in contact with me. It was easy to reach my employer by phonecall or text. I had difficulty with the company they offered me a job with, but class 1 personnel worked to try to improve this.

I started working for Class1 Personnel few months ago. So far, my opinion is positive. I found the Hounslow office guys helpful and flexible and alert of arranging the temp jobs, they make the efforts to find me the suitable permanent job. So far so good.

I do not know other peoples deal with this company but I personally had such a disappointing experience. I had registered online with them and I was waiting for a confirmation email with an assessment day. However, I decided to call them to ask about this matter. They pass me from one department to another and they pretend they don't find me in the system. I had asked when I can have the assignment day and they ensure me that they will text me on my mobile all details. Apart from being rude, impolite on phone, they lie as well, they didn't send anything. I let to pass 2 weeks, I called them again, explaining that I already receive offers job from the company and I had applied, however, never I receive an answer and once again I had asked for the assessment day.T hey did the same procedure."I will send you an email with all the details." a lady again assures me but, same, a joke, nobody sends nothing...I will definitely not accept to work with this company ny even they ask me to. The first impression can be wrong but the second one, still wrong?
Just wondering, how they dare to hire peoples when themselves do not know to answer politely to the phone, to talk kindly, with respect (no like in the market ), no doubt some peoples do not have the 7 years home education. This life is not only about money! Morals value is one of the first! Being human is even more! Shame.!

Worst recruitment agency in London! One consultant in particular IRFAN AHMED is the WORST consultant you will ever come across in your Life. He does not answer your calls, he does not return your calls and does not respond to your text messages. He made me pay money to do a training course for a job to ultimately be told that the company decided not to take me on. I strongly advise that if you are going to use this agency DO NOT deal with Irfan Ahmed!

I contacted Class 1 Personnel (Hounslow) in November 2019. At that time, I needed a job asap. Class 1 had advertised a few jobs and I applied for couple of them. I was approached by Afi, a Business Development manager. From that moment I noticed that Class 1 is a very special organisation. The way formalities were completed, briefing given to me, guidance provided re background checks, arrangement and preparation for the job etc. everything was extremely professional, fair, and efficient. Not only that I got the job within 2 weeks, I was provided full support by Afi and her colleagues especially Valency throughout my job. Be it general info, timesheet or payslip I never had any issues. Afi kept in touch to make sure I was doing ok and had no issues at work. All of that helped me to reduce my stresses and I enjoyed my time. I will always be grateful for what Afi & Valency did for me during a very difficult time of my life.
I wish Afi, Valency and all of Class 1 Personnel (Hounslow) all the best. Thank you Afi, you have been amazing. You are such a kind and considerate person that I am sure whoever meets you becomes your fan.

They have good job offers for truck drivers, forklift drivers, but not only that, good hourly rates, nice staff. I found a job as a truck driver in 1 day. I recommend it

By far the worst hospitality agency around!!

They give you little information before any shift- you dont know where to go, or what job role your doing. They give you the location that's it and you make your own way from there with no help.
Yvonne, who works in the office, is rude and degrading to all the staff, always saying things as if the employees are all desposable. They need to step up their organisational game.
The only skilled staff member they have is Marco as you can tell he has some communication skills.
Ive provided a list of alternative agencies you can go for to save you time working for this pitiful place.

Been working with class 1 personel (driving division) for more than 2 years.Never seen more helpfull people.Daniel,Shahera and Aubien are people you can not go wrong with.Never been out of work for more than 2 days and my money is always in my bank account every friday sharp.They provide very intresting training programs usually free of charge.This industry need more people like you

For students and as first job ok, avoid if you are a professional they pay minimum wage or a bit up and the jobs are far away, also they will pay you since the shift starts and no from the appointed time. Avoid

Useless timewasters

They keep advertising jobs on the Internet, I applied for 3 jobs went to their office to get registered ,2 weeks later I asked about the jobs , they said what jobs ?

2 months later same thing happened,

I will never apply for another job with these people ,and recommend others to stay away from these fraudsters

Amazing Agency to work for. I can always count on them for regular work which I'm never dissatisfied with. I should reccomend Class one to anyone looking for part time work.

I first registered with Class1Personnel more the year and a half ago when I came to the London for two weeks holiday! I registered for fun just to try, and my friend recommended me Class1. I felt in love with the city and with work as well. I decided to stay in London and Im never gonna regret it! It was the best summer of my life spending on working in the beautiful venues around London and festival around England and meeting new people. When I moved to London this year, my first way leaded to Class1 office. Always helpful and positive people in the office they took me back and it all feels like coming back to family. Consultants in the office are always helpful with booking me for a shifts as it quite difficult for me to manage my time with my school timetable. I can not understand the bad reviews. I know how hard is manage a lot people to come to different venues at the same time, with correct uniform and the right attitude. Most of the time, it is just staff who is coming late, without correct uniform, with really bad working attitude or not showing up at all without any notice. Its always good to look on the situation from both sides and look the mirror first. During the timeI worked with couple people you would not like to work with , but I met a lot more colleagues who became my friends for life. I appreciate all the effort agency gave me and my colleagues to solve any problems we had. Thank you for guys in the office Chris, Suki, Paul, Veronica, Marco, Anna or Louise that I can always rely on you.

They offered you some money, you accept the job and after you work from them they give you less money that you expected...cow sheet agency

I ve been with Class 1 Personnel for about three weeks now and the lack of shifts I ve been given is disappointing. I have only been given two shifts since, both locations are far too. The pay isn t great but I m only staying to gain experience. Would I recommend? If you want a part-time job with not a lot of shifts, then definitely go ahead and apply.

Personally would not recommend.

Firstly, they don't provide enough shifts and secondly there was one occasion where I was called in to work and by the time I got there, I got told that I should go home because there was not any staff needed. The guy told me he will pay me for 4 hours because this occasion was not my fault.

I called in three times, explaining my issue and each time they said they will call back and get to me. They didn't call back, not even once. That was very disappointing.

They ripping money of , every week problem with wage , no answers when I call , when u work hard an make slave from yourself they answers phone , soon you have first questions or issues ,than they ignore you . Don't believe in promises . Have clearly text messages with start in an finish ,and rate , do pictures from sign and out list. Otherwise they rip u off . Remember they don't care about u just about the money you earn for them . Really this is the worst agency I ever worked with.

I am often motivated by challenging goals ,I am very excited when I move to different jobs or events with Class1 Personnel,this Is nice to develop my self-discipline and understanding my strengths help me to navigate on starting a new role, understanding different cultures and use my resources to explore my strengths , build effective relationships and develop my ability to deal with carer challenges and difficult situations.

So far I have only done 2 jobs. My first went quite well, but my second was awful! I was working Sofitel Heathrow Terminal 5 airport hotel. They made me polish glasses for 3 hours until my skin was coming off, I had unfortunately had a bad reaction to the polisher so I let one of the managers know and he was kind enough to remove me to do something else. The Romanian girls that had been recruited had little symphony and were very rude to me, after I told them I could no longer polish, they made me feel very uncomfortable especially because they were laughing and talking in Romanian which they knew I could not understand. After that I started serving dinner to the customers and everything was going fine until me and a few others asked to go on our break (by law If you ve been working for 6 hours your entitled to a 30 minute break) but when I and 2 other males asked we were told they couldn t send us on break because there are still customers, regardless of this we had been on our feet for 6 hours and all needed to get some fresh air and sit down. After I was told no, this other manager told us we should go home and gave us bad attitude. We didn t receive any respect and it was like we were servants that didn t matter. We decided we would leave ( we had no choice he threatened to bring security). Then when we were about to go he took us to one of the staff canteens, so we though we were finally going to eat some hot food. When I went to eat my food it was cold, many of the food contained meat and rice so this was unhygienic, I was shocked as this was a 5 star hotel but the areas for staff were unhygienic and dirty. The staff locker room was full of rubbish on the floor and hadn t been cleaned for a long time, most of the lockers were broken so I was forced to leave my bag there and anyone could have taken it, I had to keep my passport and my phone in my bra the whole time at work as I could not risk them being stolen.If the public saw this they would not want to stay here. In conclusion it is not class 1 s fault but be prepared to be treated like you don t matter, when they send you out to jobs.

Worked for Class 1 Personnel whenever I have some extra time (weekends/evenings) and have seen some fantastic venues over the last year as well as meeting some great people. Great way to make some extra cash :)

Another liars. Agency Consultant named Hardeev will promise you everything one day,but tomorrow will never even text you with short "sorry,vacancy was filled by someone else". So beware of "professionals" like this one.

This is literally THE worst company I have ever worked for, the staff are disrespectful and rude. They treat you like you are disposable when you are technically a colleague and don't have any idea on how to treat people professionally. I had one person from this company tell me I was a liar and aggressively ask me to take a screen shot a 'PROVE' i was telling the truth about calling the company at a certain time to say I could not work on a shift due to an arm injury. When i spoke to HER manager, he didn't take it seriously and just palmed me off. WASTE of time. wages are bad and staff are appalling. Clients that they work for are mostly nice but be prepared to work over the hours stated with NO PAY and be ready to be made to say thank you for it because THEY DON'T CARE. Waste.

I can only complement the staff in Hammersmith office. From the office I'm working mainly with Kasia, Suki and Ruslan, but the rest of the team are awsome also.
I have shifts all of the time.
Getting payed every week.
Every question I ask is answered.
