I have been coming to this practice for years for routine visits and have never ever ever ever experienced a more miserable, rude, and obnoxious staff in my entire life. You will never feel welcome in this building at any time. Let me tell you a story. I recently found out I was pregnant and went there for my first ultrasound. As new parents to be you go to your first appointment with excitement but that is immediately taken away upon arrival of this unprofessional office. I walk in and am greeted like a stranger in a rude manner to begin with. Then I go to get my actual ultrasound done and the woman doing it doesn t even speaking or give me any indication of what the hell is going on. (Remember this is my first time ever having one) and I will never forget how I had to ask what I was looking at and received one word responses, zero excitement - I can t stress it enough how rude and unprofessional this entire team is INCLUDING these doctors. So to take you to the last step in my horrible miserable appointment we meet with the doctor who after an hour of explaining how much we need to get testing done for Down syndrome (this is something we said we would have to think over prior to making a decision) and he went on and on explaining how without the testing we are stupid if we don t get it done. This topped of the most horrible experience of my life. If you are looking for a new gyno/obgyn AVOID THIS PRACTICE YOU WILL BE SORRY THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN THE INDUSTRY. I promise you will regret ever walking into this office if you do. Also this received a star only because it wouldn t let me post without any or else better believe they would be recovering NONE.
