I would never recommend this Company to anyone else. Problems occurred from day one, took ages to get hand sets, falsified contract terms and had to wait a month for PAC codes. No-one would take ownership of any problems.

Nothing but problems from day one. They take ownership of problems but don't resolve them. We have issues ongoing from April. Just get fobbed off constantly. Not impressed at all with service provided.

Rude staff. Matthew from Clarity cold called me about telecoms and was told I was not interested in changing my telecoms arrangements. He persisted in asking had I heard of the firm (yes) and asking further questions about my supplier. I referred him to the answer I had just given, about not being interested in discussing same, and he hung up without the courtesy of goodbye or thanks.
Would never use this company now, even if a day came when I was interested in moving.

I have just recently taken on 3 new contracts with Vodafone through Clarity Telecom in Belfast.
I purposely waited until I received my first bill before leaving this review......

All I can say is many thanks to Scott Wright in Clarity who made the changeover from O2 so simple and straight forward.
He took time to explain the new contracts I was undertaking, and was courteous and understanding when I was constantly emailing and questioning him before the final deal was done.
Everything he told me has materialised as true and exact on my first bill.

We have used services from multiple different providers and by far Clarity has been the best. They are professional, fantastic support and easy to work with. Our account Manager Stephen Kayes is fantastic and delivers excellent service along with Maria. Anyone considering new services or changing, I would recommend Clarity. They will look after you.
