Rude staff. Matthew from Clarity cold called me about telecoms and was told I was not interested in changing my telecoms arrangements. He persisted in asking had I heard of the firm (yes) and asking further questions about my supplier. I referred him to the answer I had just given, about not being interested in discussing same, and he hung up without the courtesy of goodbye or thanks.
Would never use this company now, even if a day came when I was interested in moving.
