After a buckle had broken loose on my hub house, I contacted clam to see if I could get a replacement. I was emailed back by Mark who responded quickly and got a new one sent in the mail. I am so impressed by the costumer service 10/10 would recommend.
Customer service is outstanding! A zipper broke on a 13 month old, $200+ pair of bibs. We followed the instructions on the website for warranty claims. Within one day we received a response from Mark. Two days later, a new set of bibs were delivered NO PROBLEMS, NO COST! Thank you for standing by your product!
Had a will-call pickup for an order. I called to let them know I had arrived and they assisted me with loading the items into my vehicle.
Clam gave a tour to Harding & Johnson High School Fishing Clubs. The students loved the experience and all the employees seemed genuinely excited to see these young anglers and took the time to introduce themselves. This was a fun educational experience the kids keep talking about. Great job!

Really need to give everyone a heads up. I saw a review that said Disneyland for ice fishermen. Well it s a candy store but you can t have any. Everything is display only. After looking everywhere and calling around for clams padded seat covers I decided to go to the source.
They really need to tell folks you can t just walk in and get one of their products. I was there and I am sure my padded seats were as well. But I was told I had to go home and order them online. Then pick them up when they felt like pulling them out for me. Or wait several days for them to be shipped.
They have me wishing I had purchased a different brand of fish shelter.
Products break just after the warranty period is up and offer nothing to help. Don t waste your money on there over priced junk! Or there horrible customer service all they do is say the warranty is up good luck. Will never buy another clam product
