My wife used this place since they started buisness . Even before it was a shop . No complaints procedure . Shocking if u ask me after beong a loyal customer for 3 years didnt even ask us if we would like our item replaced due to there own faulty lids on products .. i can change the lid for u . Bottle was nearly empty after it leaking everywere

Wow. I decided on their acrylic system after loving their try me kit. I needed help with colour choices so called and left a message for someone to call me back. Within 20 minutes I received a call back from Gemma who helped me with a range of colours. Ordered online with ease but made a duplication. I called and it was immediately resolved. Received my order 24 hours later! Everything packaged with care and delivered via DPD with an allocated time slot. This company is friendly, helpful and on the ball. Thank you.

I've been using cjp for the past few years I recently tried another acrylic system but it's not a touch on this fantastic system So easy to work with and my clients love it. Files like butter too! I recently purchased a liz guild brush on my previous order last week, it became faulty after prepping the brush, I emailed the office and another was arranged to be sent out and arrived today. Customer service is excellent and thankyou also for sending my free gift of glitter too
