I will give 3 stars due to my hospitalization where I was very well assisted. And less 2 stars for requests for exams for suspected covid19. I went 1 time with shortness of breath, 96 saturation and a lot of pain in the coast, chest and lumbar, they referred to do exam in the polyclinic. I was negative. Two days later, I returned for a x-ray, urine test and blood test to see if it was covid19, again. Normal results, leave with a prescription for antibiotics. 3 times, 2 days later again I arrived very bad, very bad. The pain was unbearable, I asked for more thorough exams, I was almost blind, but the result of the previous exam would only come out 7 days later. The doctor asked for a CT scan, pcr, swab test ( Only results come out 3 days later) (Positive for disease). In short, 25% / 50% compromised lung, very high pcr. Then I had to be hospitalized, thank God I am cured. When I interned, the team was 10, they treated me very well, so td weighs in the balance, in the end it worked.

Terrible attendance. Hospital with several limitations. Lack of equipment, lack of competent doctors. Itapetininga is far from having a hospital to serve its patients with a little more prestige. The city is very backward in everything.

TD very bureaucratic and time consuming. Physiotherapy with outdated structure. For the price charged leaves and much to be desired. The luck of the board not having competition in the city. In other words, hostage population .... unfortunate
