The parts are the same thing as every other place but I like how this site is easy to find parts on. On the other hand I have to call customer service pretty much every other order with a problem related to shipping. Most recent one was a missing fuel sending unit gasket that was supposed to be in the box but was missing not back ordered or anything. Currently trying to get through to someone on the phone which takes forever. I call them so much that I saved them as a contact.

Placed an order for a hat from them. Everything went nice and smooth from the online ordering, follow-up E-mail, to recieving, and the quality of the hat. I seen some of the recent reviews about the ordering process. I had no issues at all! Will continue business with then in the future!
I ordered, oil pump bolts, a bolt kit, and an oil pan kit from here about a week ago. I was sent an email saying that the oil pump bolts were back ordered, but my other parts, I paid three day shipping for...Thursday comes and my package comes in. I ONLY received, my bolt kit and my thread sealer. Where is my oil pan kit? I ve called, I ve emailed. I tried to do their live chat which is with a bot. At this point I just want my money back for my oil pan, and I m going to go somewhere else. This is just crazy, a person shouldn t have to go through this when it said it was in stock, and then shipped, and now it s no where to be found. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
Ordering was easy and prices were fair. Shipping was very timely faster than I expected. Only issue I had was one of the plugs for the taillights I ordered was wrong been on hold on phone for over hr till I finally chose the call me back option been waiting all day and still no call back. Don't matter how good a service you provide is or how good pricing is if you don't make yourself available for when there is a problem. I'm a very loyal customer when it comes to repeat business if I feel I've been taken care of. Hopefully this gets worked out sooner than later. "Update" was resolved promptly and professionally once someone was assigned to my case. Will definitely be a repeat customer updated to 5 stars.
I've been waiting on parts I ordered 3.5 months ago! The order was taken but it seems they don't care if they ever send the parts to me. My project has been effectively halted due to this companies inability to ship parts. I was miraculously able to speak with a rep about the issue and they informed me the parts were on back order and promised their delivery the next week, which has been well over a month ago and still no parts. Since then I have tried to speak to someone with zero luck. This place is terrible and their customer service is a joke! Why someone advertises parts they are unable to secure and deliver is frustrating! Doing business with this company is quite the gamble! Hope you have better luck than I have had! I would be hard pressed to ever do business with them again!
I am very happy with the service that received with this company. They had my order here very fast, I got the best price out there. I had to call with some questions regarding my order and their customer service was great. Very helpful. I will order from here again.
They have absolutely terrible customer service. I understand COVID has impacted companies in a big way, however, they don t return phone calls and have rarely responded to any of my emails. I ve brought up a major issue with them on the way I was treated and disrespected by one of their social media members and they did absolutely nothing about it. I have requested call s on multiple occasions and never received a single call after bringing it up to their attention. I have also emailed them countless times and I kept getting the email saying something along the lines of, still need help, its been a while since we ve heard from you. We look forward to hearing back from you. This happened over the course of a month. The back story was they were running a giveaway on instagram, I enquired about when the winner was going to be announced, they then said I won t win because I had won a prior contest. Keep in mind, I was just asking when the winner would be announced. Also, there were no T&C stated anywhere that previous winners cannot win again. So after talking with the person on Instagram DM's, they proceeded to degrade me by calling me greedy and self absorbed along with asking me questions that were not relevant at all. I was able to get one callback on my phone, I reported it to the customer service person and they saw the messages and said it was completely unacceptable and that she was going to send it to the social media manager. After talking to the representative, a few hours after, I was blocked on instagram and messages were unsent, however, I have all the screenshots of the conversation with all the messages, which I did send to them. When I finally for an email back regarding the message, the only real response was I got one of their team leads, Brianna, saying they support their social media s decision. So basically what I got from that is that a TEAM LEAD supports their own customer representatives and social media team degrading one of their customers and calling them names. I highly recommend looking elsewhere, because the way I was treated was horrible and I don t wish it upon anyone. No customer deserves to be called any names for any reason by someone representing a company, it makes the company look horrible and is very unprofessional.
Ok, I do want to end on a better note, I have ordered a couple things from them and I ve gotten it a few days earlier than expected. My last product I ordered arrived 5 days earlier than expected which I was very happy with.
I would give CJ zero stars if it were an available option. I went ahead and repurchased wheels and tires from your competitor at Late Model Restoration. After making many attempts to follow up on a purchase placed and auto deleted by your team, I want to thank you for not returning my call or emails. I will not purchase from CJ Pony parts in the future and will make sure enthusiasts around me know about the terrible customer service you provide.

CJs has really gone downhill recently. I bought mounted and balanced wheels and tires from them. 3 of the wheels had gouges. One tire was not properly beaded (look at all the weights) I spent $1500 and got worthless parts. Currently in day 5 of a battle to return them. I'm so disappointed.
Seriously the worst customer service. I never write reviews but its so bad I had to. I won't even go into it. If you can get the part you want from somewhere else, get it there. Lastly, just because it says its in stock on the site doesn't mean it is. Professional E-Commerce websites should know better. Shameful.
