I have used Chatham on several projects. Their design work has been smashing. The install crews were delightful to work with. They communicated clearly and cleaned up every day. Our yard looks great!
The proposal was VERY expensive for monthly maintenance. We did not hire them.
Quality work and unmatched service! I ve lived in Atlanta for the last 35 years and have used my fair share of landscaping services. Chatham is head and shoulders above the competition. Keep up the good work!
They trimmed limbs and instead of hauling them off they threw them over the fence into another property. So when I m on my deck I see a pile of dead limbs instead of a nice view. Now they re saying they can t retrieve them because it would be trespassing.
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. This is the BEST company we've ever had to do our landscaping. They are very thorough and stay a long time weeding, pruning, grooming and dead heading flowers. They come to the door to see if there is anything special they need to do other than what they normally do. Believe me. I've had mow, blow and go landscapers. THIS company in my opinion is not and has never been that kind of company when doing our landscaping.

Had a very disappointing experience with Chatham in our HOA community. Chatham was unable to complete simple weekly mow and blow service in each of 20 small lots. Resident complaints were ongoing for incomplete service and the situation was never corrected, despite numerous attempts to remedy the situation. I will not bother with a complete list but suffice it to say, we had issues on numerous fronts--from not picking up trash, improper pruning or timing of pruning, incorrect mower use for portions of the property, insufficient staffing/man hours allocated to do the job, etc. We replaced Chatham with another service after a few months of frustration and have not had a single resident complaint or issue with landscape service since their departure.
Chatham is one of the few companies I have dealt with that can manage to our very particular needs. Their attention to detail level is very high and our account manager always responds quickly. Glad we were referred to them!
Not pleased at all. This company does not believe in serving the customer with great service. The property is always partly cleaned and sometimes I couldn't tell they were there. They always climb over our fence instead of using the key pad to open the gate. They do not pick up litter and only thing they will do is use a blower to stir up a mess. They do not know how to trim flowers or bushes. Very unreliable. If it rains on their schedule day to visit they will skip the whole week.
I have tried to work with them and explain what we want and need and they could never deliver on the basic landscape parts of a job.
I would not recommend Chatham Landscape to anyone.
