They have absolutely terrible customer service. I understand COVID has impacted companies in a big way, however, they don t return phone calls and have rarely responded to any of my emails. I ve brought up a major issue with them on the way I was treated and disrespected by one of their social media members and they did absolutely nothing about it. I have requested call s on multiple occasions and never received a single call after bringing it up to their attention. I have also emailed them countless times and I kept getting the email saying something along the lines of, still need help, its been a while since we ve heard from you. We look forward to hearing back from you. This happened over the course of a month.
The back story was they were running a giveaway on instagram, I enquired about when the winner was going to be announced, they then said I won t win because I had won a prior contest. Keep in mind, I was just asking when the winner would be announced. Also, there were no T&C stated anywhere that previous winners cannot win again. So after talking with the person on Instagram DM's, they proceeded to degrade me by calling me greedy and self absorbed along with asking me questions that were not relevant at all. I was able to get one callback on my phone, I reported it to the customer service person and they saw the messages and said it was completely unacceptable and that she was going to send it to the social media manager. After talking to the representative, a few hours after, I was blocked on instagram and messages were unsent, however, I have all the screenshots of the conversation with all the messages, which I did send to them.
When I finally for an email back regarding the message, the only real response was I got one of their team leads, Brianna, saying they support their social media s decision. So basically what I got from that is that a TEAM LEAD supports their own customer representatives and social media team degrading one of their customers and calling them names. I highly recommend looking elsewhere, because the way I was treated was horrible and I don t wish it upon anyone. No customer deserves to be called any names for any reason by someone representing a company, it makes the company look horrible and is very unprofessional.

Ok, I do want to end on a better note, I have ordered a couple things from them and I ve gotten it a few days earlier than expected. My last product I ordered arrived 5 days earlier than expected which I was very happy with.
