Absolutely horrible service. never fix things in home, never return phone call.Horrific customer service. They are maintaining a property that the landlord currently foreclosed on. After the devastating situation my family and I was left in they promised to help. yet I've been paying my rent on time and have gotten nothing but total ignorance.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
There is nothing to like about this company. Worked as a vendor for cityside. They offer horrible customer service, they all have been specially trained on having little to none communication skills. They do not pay vendors, I'd recommend all vendors stay away, far away. When they owe you a balance for work you've completed and you request it be paid , all of a sudden your pictures mysteriously disappear from the app they require you to use . Every vendor has to spend more time trying to get ahold of somebody to get paid, they can't even work. When you finally get in touch with someone you get "I'll look into it" and they don't. I was told my pay discrepancies were all taken care of and it would be in full that Friday, I got check it was less than half what they said. What a waste of time and money to do business with these crooks it cost me money to work with them.
BEWARE...way overrated! very drab common areas, pricey for nh, you have to bring your own lounge chair to the pool, they do allow visitors to park in resident permitted spaces, and this is a pain in the a$$ for the people who live there! they allow garage sales to take place even though its against condo policy! the mail boxes are falling apart, the pipes make a lot of noise in the walls, the plumbing is old!lastly, we sold our condo 1 month, and the next month they still charged us the condo fee!!!
Cityside doesn't own the condos you people live in. They are hired by the condo board to manage the condo under the condo rules set forth by the condo board. You have no idea what you're talking about, so do your homework before ripping people in a public forum. No, I don't work there, but have dealt with them, and understand the business model. If the condo wants to tow your car, it's not Cityside's call, it's your condo association. Learn how the world works.
Millstone, some of the property owned by cityside...very pricey overall for Nashua, for the value, its NOT worth it. they also allow non residents to park in residents parking spaces anytime so that the residents have to park in the visitors parking and walk, they also allow yard sales (I have proof) when the policy says you cant have them...the association doesn't do anything about anything!
This place is some thing else no costumer service never answer calls I did the cash for keys still haven't received not even a penny they don't care about no one
This place is a absolute joke and so is Mike the property manager I had to hire a attorney because of Mike making rules that were not in the rule book don't do anything with this place you will regret it like I did
Cityside was the management company for two condo associations where I owned property over the past 10 years. They were good to deal with. They were very professional and always responded quickly to inquiries. They handled problems well, including in dealing with conflict amongst condo owners. The kept the common areas and buildings in good shape. They were easy to talk to about any questions or issues and communicated well with the board of directors and owners.
This company is literally what you see in the newspaper of terrible landlord, bad company practices, lawsuits etc. They are the worst when it comes to professionalism. I had a bug problem over the summer left messages, emailed, called their so-called ER hotline and almost 9 months later ....... NOTHING.... their vendor shows up here unannouced to remove snow at 2am and doesnt even do the dam job 100% I complained and guess what??????? NOTHING.. ive had enough of the lack of care from them. They are strictly only in it for the governement checks they get.. well today I will contact said government about them. I have all receipts to back up everything I've said.
