Newly renovated and big rooms. Close to mtr and many other transportation.

Friendly staff, good sized clean room. Convienant for MTR and buses.

Comfortable stay with a stone throw away distance from quarry bay. Rooms are comfortable and staff are courteous. A good place to stay for business and leisure travel.

This school looks at the name and thinks it is an ordinary school.
After staying, I was most impressed. The bedroom at the Hong Kong School is mostly small. But here is wide and there is a mobile phone for customers to carry and use to make calls in Hong Kong without charge Because in Hong Kong there is no public telephone in the street And also has a very tasty Chinese lunch Introduce shrimp fried with orange sauce Vegetables are delicious. And not recommended, a very special dinner room Thinking in Japan That is the most surprise, freshness, more than many places in Japan Inter Buffet There are giant crab legs, sashimi, sushi and lamb, beef, big shells, fresh food, rarely seen anywhere in the buffet. Better than the five-star school of our house. Also, the cakes are very delicious. Give 10 stars. Impressed.

This hotel has unusually large rooms for a hotel in Hong Kong. It's at great location with access to MTR and lots of local eats.

Close for MTR fortress Hill station,
Bus from anywhere goes to Northpoint,
tram one block away,next to bus and MTR station.
Walk to ferry crossing to Kowloon
Quiet, service good, places to eat within a block
7-11 store next to foyer, park across road, Pool heated and jacuzzi.

Superb service and water drinking machine provided at each floor. They might be refurbished earlier, but my bathroom drainage very bad, also only can fix 1 person, very small. Safety box not working. Location is good. I am a light sleeper, a bit noisy for me.

The environment is good. There is a garden opposite, there is a convenience store nearby, the restaurant.....not too noisy, OK!

Decent hotel room size and good breakfast spread. Few restaurants outside within 3 mins walking distance if you are not picky.

Really enjoyed our stay in this property! I stayed with my family almost two weeks in this property and we enjoyed every bit of it. Their breakfast buffet was fabulous. Check in/Check out was easy and they had few English speaking staff for help us out. Walking distance to subway and other transport modes! surrounded by many good eating spots. Also housekeeping department was great and always accommodate our needs. Will surely re visit this property!

City Garden Hotel, the best shot, the location is hidden, Chinese food is famous, I prefer Shaying Xuan, swearing, food and good taste, but the price is more expensive.

The same food has eaten buffet, the company has eaten Shaying Xuan, really good OK, good service attitude!

my family and I checked in at this hotel on the 14th of march, they ask for a deposit and on the 18th we checked out and pay our bill. But without my knowledge they did not cancel the amount that I deposited which is $6700 HongKong dollar. I've called them so many times regarding the issue, but all they've done is promise after promise. It has been 3 months but I still don't have my money back. Don't stay in this hotel, they will rip you off!

Very nice location, and rooms are cozy. Service is quick, and entering the building is always welcoming.

The building is old, breakfast is not particularly good, but there is a smartphone available in the room that can be used during the stay. International calls can be made free of charge, and tethering can be done, which is very convenient! It was correct if I came without buying overseas sim. I am very satisfied because it is a service that I only knew about Marriott. Mineral water can be replenished from the server in the hallway accordingly, which is also useful in hot Hong Kong. The shuttle bus to and from the airport costs HK $ 150 per hour, which is no different than using a train. There are Seven Elevens and a restaurant next door, so you can spend your time without inconvenience. I recommend it sober.

Location is great. It is a 3 min walk to numerous bus stops and the MTR which can get you all over Hong Kong easily. Rooms were large and clean. Service was good

Good varieties of dining experience. Chinese, Singaporean, high tea, breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet. If you have a particular local bank credit card, they will give you a 20% off at the buffett!

Great customer service and clean room. Staff were extremely eager to help and were very friendly. The room is a decent size, a bit dated in looks, but has all the requirements in a hotel room. (safety lock, option for additional beds, fridge, convertor and bathroom products.)

High quality accommodation in a very good locations. Close to public transport, restaurants, banks, even playgrounds. Good connection with key HK locations. Business center available on the top floor with some nice views.

Hotel was nice, a little older on the inside but comfortable and fair size rooms. Close to transit but a 30 min ride to main areas.

The location of the hotel is convenient. Some facilities in the room are a bit old, but it is not a big problem. The overall feeling is very comfortable and clean. Because the hotel price is very cheap when I check in on December 27th, the deluxe room is only 434HKD for 2 people per night, which is good value for money .

A place for businessmen & or tourist who wish to visit or do business here in Hong Kong.

Good n expensive..stayed here for few hours. I can't too much for review as my stay was only for few hours. Hotel is good and centrally located. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Restaurant got wide range of menu to choose and well served food. Hotel staff were quite helpful.

We researched long term stays for hotels for 6 months and found this gem. We have 4 teenage sons and was able to get connecting rooms. We were very close to the subway, bus and trolley as well as restaurants. When we come back to Hong Kong we will unreservedly come back to City Garden. Their swimming pool and hot tub are awesome. I do not have one negative thing to say. Service was excellent. Our house keeper went well above our expectations for anything we needed, especially towels, extra water. We stayed for 2 weeks. We paid a little over $200 US for both rooms a night.

A hotel with spacious room which is not a norm in space starved HK for an affordable and attractive price. Front desk service is good with easy and fast checkin and checkout. Housecleaning is commendable and you can rest assured of a clean room when you return after a great shopping. Easily accessible too with MTR nearby at North Point and ding ding tram along the main road. Plenty of eating places around too. Recommended if you are not the type who only wants to stay in branded or 5 star hotels.

Although it is a little away from the center of Hong Kong Island, it is close to the subway station and a convenience store right in front of you.
The staff members were also kind. The rooms are large and very beautiful.

Given a room with walk in shower when requested. Staff brilliant. Very cautious during virus, took great care of us

Good location and room for about $100usd per night. Room was a bit worn , needs updating and refurbishing. But great for the price in HK.

I love the breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean. But the pillows were not soft

Everything was as expected, a few minor imperfections but perfectly tolerable. Nice touch of the 'handy phone' which allowed you an unlimited WiFi hotspot-- something that all hotels should have. Recommended.

Great! Clean, looks new. The staff is helpful.
Super happy about their complimentary water dispensers. Don't have to lug plastic water bottles up snd save plastic. The bath shampoo/body wash gels and conditioners were organic and very nice for the skin.

The value/price ratio is wrong. Breakfast is very good, the service quality is worthy of the stars

A good choice for free travellers staying in the Mainland

Hotel is inexpensive and the rooms are clean, but the location is a bit off from the main attractions of Hong Kong.

The staff is wonderful and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. They will even bring your luggage to your door and search your room for any belongings upon checkout! The rooms are quite spacious given for Hong Kong as well 100% recommend it!!!

If you're looking for a great value hotel in the city, this is a good choice. At first I had a minor problem with my room, no hand soap in the bathroom, but room service fixed it right away. The pool and gym are small but expected with this price range. Good location and about 7 min walk to Fortress Hill station. I had a few room upgrade to premium due to Expedia, so that also helped with the value and my rating. Premium was a larger room with a larger sofa and apparently a higher ceiling.
