Good selection for breakfast. Room clean and good staff service. Very spacious room for hk standard. Very near to mrt station & even tram service. Nearby tim ho wan dim sum place & cafe too. Overall a good stay.

Surrounded by residential areas, there are few tourists and it is very quiet.

High standard of hotel, good service attitude, good restaurant food

The room was spacious and comfortable, the basement and the second floor restaurant were delicious. It can be reached by the free bus at the Manor Hong Kong Station. It is very convenient to take a bus ride when you go sightseeing or shopping.

Really nice hotel, staff are helpful and rooms above average.

In addition to the reasonable price, the room is not soundproof, the movement on the walkway and the sound of the neighbors are clear. Not recommended for people who are sensitive to sound.

Good location, convenient function, and the room is quite comfortable and intimate. The dining in the 25th floor saloon is very good.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, though an old building the location is convenient and close to the underground, train, bus and ferry, just within a few minutes walk.

The hotel is very convenient for access to the Fortress Hill Station of the subway.
Service is also good, there is free wifi

The room equipment is a bit old, but it is clean and the service is good.

Rooms are quite big compared to newer hotels. I've been staying in this hotel whenever I visited Hong Kong these past 3 years. But it's disappointing this time in November, 2018. The towels are frayed and have small holes in them and the sink hole of the tub has some unknown brown stuff around it, ugh

Our family are frequent travellers to Hong Kong. We stayed in City garden most of the time as the good services provided. We are much appreciated for the persisted good services provided by Mr. ANDY LAU (Chief Concierge). It is really rare to find such a good service in hk. Keep it up. Thank you.

The location is convenient, close to the subway, tram and bus station. The rooms are clean and the price is acceptable.

Good for family with young children. No frills. Good eateries around the area. There are also supermarkets and sports outlet shops about 500m from the hotel.

Excellent hotel with a high degree of satisfaction although staying around twice. It is probably the best if you consider the quality and the size compared to Tsim Sha Tsui and Miso horn, probably because it is a somewhat recessed location (mostly, it's a distance that would not be quite at all according to Japanese sense). There is also a shuttle bus from the airport and the subway station is not too far away. The surrounding area is also very busy like Hong Kong, so it's also good for exploring the city.

Located in the city garden of North Point, each bus is reachable, the Fortress Hill Metro is within easy reach and you can reach Central in a dozen minutes.

This is the Urban Garden Sprinkler Shop at North Point on Hong Kong Island. The design and planning are stylish. The staff's service is warm and courteous, well-organized, and the rooms are clean and hygienic.

Only good comment is large room for HK.
Not many patrons, should be more friendly services present environment but seems every one are grumpy

Short walk from MTR fortress hill with wide selection of restaurant around (and a 7-11 next to it). Hotel room can use some renovation. A few minor complain: bathroom smells, bathtub doesn't work, electrical outlet far from bed. Bed is quite damped when a/c is on after a while.

Service in the hotel was good. It is located close to a MTR station. But we didn't get a refurbished room and the bed/mattress was kinda hard. And the view .. well .. refer to attached picture and judge for yourself (there isn't really a nice garden at the bottom of these buildings).

I lived in Room 2526. I felt good when I lived many years ago, but this time I feel that the room is a bit old, but its room is big. I would like to push this room in Hong Kong where there is a big room.
