I'm on my 4th Toyota now and part of the reason why I keep coming back to this place it's because how well I get treated by my salesman. If you want somebody who is going to look at your needs and not your wallet, go to city world Toyota and look for Angel. He is the best car sales person I've ever had and I will always recommend it because he has delivered every single promise he has made to me and all the customers that I have brought to him.

Very very disappointed I bought a car 28 days ago and I m been in the mechanic 3 times because the vehicle had problems, the first week I was taking taxi to go work because the car pass 3 days on repair engine, air conditioner, tires, today just been all day at the repair place. Definitely it was the worst decision of my life. I call and speak with angel one of the managers and his answer was is nothing that I can do about it, you have a contract and we will fix any problem with the warranty . Seriously not even one month and you re not available to do anything. So mad to myself for the day that I decided to go to you guys. I don t understand the good reviews that this place have seriously

This dealership is amazing. The staff is very nice and eventhough the process was a little long it was worth my while. They offered beverages and we was offered some pizza as well.While waiting, we was able to watch some tv. I felt comfortable there. I had a good time there, despite having to wait 9 hours for everything to be done. However, one week into getting the 2014 Toyota Corolla S it began having issues. The first issue 3 days into having it was it needed a new transmission. Got a new transmission and 3 days after that the car isn't turning on at all.

-Nelson, I cannot reply to you. However, the car that I was given did need a new transmission and new battery. Within one week of having it. I have the paperwork from Toyota Service. Even the mechanic asked how can you guys sell me a car that has so many issues. If you guys had "great pride" as you say, I wouldn't had been giving a jacked up car.

This is the worst place to go to the customer service ppl seem like they are sick... they have no energy to talk to anybody and Seller men I don't know where they get this people that uneducated.... They help u only if u look rich other wise they don't even come to u. I will not recommend it to anyone... ect

Had a pleasure working with Henry, Janell and Dante. When I first called, spoke to Janell. She provided me the best price out of 20 dealerships I called. No hassle, straight forward pricing and no games. She passed me along to Henry who helped us through the process of locating our Sienna. Henry was one of the most enjoyable sales rep we have ever worked with in our lifetime of purchasing/leasing cars. Great communication and provided his personal cell # so we can contact him anytime. Henry was able to locate the car which had additional options like the $500 remote start and kept the same low price price for us with no increase to the original quote. Dante was the finance manager and helped us with all the signing of the papers without hassle. He understood we had to rush due to our two kids being impatience. We are very thankful for City World Toyota for making it a easy and making it an enjoyable process. We live in NJ and would not hesitate crossing the bridge to purchase another Toyota if we had to. Highly recommend checking them out!

Today I came with my family with the intentions to purchase a car. I had found City World Toyota online, and had decided to come here from Long Island based on the reviews. When my family and I entered the car lot, we were politely greeted by one of the car salesman; and were shown various vehicles. While my sister, my mother and myself were looking at a particular vehicle we were approached rudely by another car salesman who asked us; who was showing us the car, why were we touching the car, and stated that we were trespassing. In response we told the rude car salesman that we were being helped by another salesman who gave us permission to look at the vehicle in question. He then proceeded to see if we telling the truth, and once he saw the other car salesman standing by he said oh; and walked away. After this encounter my family and I decided to leave. We then informed the car salesman that helped us, that we were just treated rudely by one of his co-workers; and we thanked the car salesman who helped us then left.

He was positive from the start and made us comfortable with our selection. - Trusting location, clean sales floor, amenities for waiting clients, all needed to leave in a nice new car! !

Buying a car can be tiresome and fabian, the guy helping us, made sure we were comfortable at all times. Awful experience! Car sales people were special offered deals that conflicted with the finance department! I was kept waiting for 9 hours in a drab room all the while the finance department and dealer attempted to switch and bait the price. They are very inefficient, dishonest and I would NEVER go to City World! Not even if the car was free!

Did not get my dream car...but had a good experience...maybe next time...

I just recently bought a used $49,000.00(including interest) Toyota Highlander(2015) car from City World Toyota and had a bad experience. I had to spend about three weeks going back and forth to clean up the oily and dirty motor as well as the upholstery. In fact I made a mistake without taking a thorough inspection of the vehicle inside and out before signing the sale contract. Please do not take things for granted when you go to buy a car at City World Toyota in the Bronx. I will not do any car purchase business with City World Toyota again.

horrible they charge me my downpayment and dint even give me the car .after they made me sind everything made me lose a day of work .when i ask for my money they change there composure and started acting rude saying they cant that i had to wait 2 weeks for my money.and that they only write cheaks on Friday .they deserve 0 stars whill not recomend for anything super bad experice and bad costumer service
