So where to start ? I strongly advise against this company that will exploit you (I do not weigh my words). we can add: administrative management more than failing, no phone numbers that responds. For those contacted internally: only by email and must not be in a hurry to have an answer. Many unpaid overtime hours, site manager who never has time to receive you to solve a problem, obsolete schedule management and very poorly organized, ditto for signing, messy payroll management, no social benefits (Oh yes, you a "meal basket" of 4th daily integrate directly to absurd pay when you know the size of this company).

I applied for an offer of receptionist on Sunday and was contacted on Monday saying that it is a 2 weeks contract for July and if available we extend the month of August and then a cdi . I leave my current position on Tuesday for this position which corresponds more to my expectations and so arriving Thursday at the workplace I explain that I am the replacement of a colleague on leave. But I am informed that this post has already been provided I tell them that cityone contacted me I signed my contract. Then we get information from the rh of my company actually someone had already taken this position. The information had not circulated between people in cityone it. Inadmissible I found myself without work! A tip: do not work with them especially now that they do not respond to my messages, mail and phone! But also there was no CDI!

Collective interview in the basement, full of noise. I told her that I was looking for a 35h preferably less than an hour from my home and she told me ah no Better to push at 1:30 ?? uh ok so me i'm going to go to work at 1h30 from home but yes of course !! At the end we all have an individual interview for English test and there !! the recruiter tells me it shows that you have a strong character !! And she gives me her card anyway. I had to work for a major cosmetic brand and distribute samples and flyers.

I received the flyers and samples the same day, I had to work 5 days I received a kit for 3 days only.

I should have read the notices before applying for this agency, I only wasted my time with them..I participated in a recruitment session, then after I was offered a job and I was booked, and I had to attend the brief except that Miss forgot to warn me that it was postponed suddenly she assured me that she will contact me and she even gave me documents concerning the progress of the congress and more nothing, she didn't even respond to my texts.. Besides, don't get tired of sending them emails because they never respond!

Having worked a year with City One, I can affirm that there are positive points with this agency but there are especially negative points: the positive points are the fact that they A PRIORI do not discriminate in hiring. It is very very rare for a hostess agency and it is for me the only positive aspect of this box. In addition, they are constantly recruiting new hostesses and give their chance even to those who have no experience in hotessariat. Despite all this, they often make recurring casting mistakes, hiring hostesses and very unprofessional hosts. The communication between hostess and site manager is almost even totally non-existent. They do not respond to email or SMS and when you're in a mess, it's difficult to get help. Yet surprisingly, when they have a problem with you, they know where to find you !!!! Even to send your payslips it requires a considerable effort. They let you work without signing a contract. You lower your hour quota without letting you choose to go from full time to part time. Lots of little things like that that prove that they don't respect their employees. Basically, it's really not a warm and welcoming box but it helps out when you have nothing else.

I put agency in quotes because for me it is not an agency.
I worked 4 months for them for a reception agent position at CDG
- misleading advertisement (1700 euros net on the advertisement finally paid the minimum wage)
- profiler training just for a reception agent position
- they put pressure on you
- inhumane hours: 11 hours of work per day with a 30-minute break ...
- they put you on the payroll for hours
Other agencies are much better!
