How is it that when I can not get ahold of anyone ...

How is it that when I can not get ahold of anyone at judge Richardson's office (directly across from the city hall) I tried calling the city hall and they do not even know or have any number to call??

All the numbers I have found are not being answered or they are showing as the only number to call but it is a fax?? Great job at not doing your jobs!
