Virtually impossible to access because of street construction. If you can get there, the merchandise is very high quality and the customer service is above average.

Nice clothes and had an excellent variety of sizes for fatties like me without making you feel like you are a freak for needing 3xl.

Bought several wife approved shirt's. Definitely better quality then the ones you buy at wal-apart.

What a great company. I ordered shirts online while I was traveling and had them shipped home. At every other clothing store I need XL. But Duluth uses accurate sizing, so the shirts were too large. Well, I live near a store and took the shirts in to return. These items were only available on line. But the staff did a fantastic job of returning and reordering the size I need. Well done Duluth Trading.

Sales associates were smug and short when I asked for assistance. The guy that rang up the sale recited his scripted information like a telemarketing auctioneer. I have shopped Duluth Trading Co. for years and love the fit and durability of their clothes, but this experience was very disappointing.

Duluth is by far the best retail company I have ever interacted with. Great customer service! The quality of the product is amazing. I have purchased the Shirt Jacket, and the fire house pants. They were such great products, I bought 3 more pair.

Last place you'll ever need to go to buy clothes. All of their stuff lasts forever! Its pricey but worth every cent.

Great quality clothing but you pay for it. My favorites are the fire hose pants for women. They even come in several lengths. Thanks for recognizing that not all women are the same height!

One of the best work pants you can buy. I bet my life on Duluth trading fire hose pants. Very comfortable and durable. Saved my legs many times from magnesium blow backs when I worked in diecasting. Saved me tones when working and running the rock crusher. Saved my leg from when I slipped and the drill bit caught my pants and all I had was a bruise and no damage to the pants. People at Duluth trading are nice and very helpful and if they don't have it in stock they check and see if they can order it. And Mail it to you if you from out of town. Fire hose pants they saved me. And very comfortable.

Very casual clothes. They carry women's shoes to a size 12.

Way to expensive, nothing affordable except the poison oak/ivy soap. 32 dollars for a pair of socks and 50 for underwear? Really? Stuff that might as well be disposable, in emergencies should never cost that much. Plus I'm poor af, always on a budget. Even there clearance jeans/pants were fifty dollars a pair.

Great place, could have spent 6 hours in there and a ton of money! They have the gadgets for The Man That Has Everything. The lady helping us was the best, her name was Beverly. Return policy was outstanding.

Went to go exchange some Mens Fire hose cargo work pants because the seem was ripping (second time trading these pants because the first time they shrunk). And the the lady tells us that we should find a different kind of pants that would be holding up to the line of work my boyfriend is doing (welding). She proceeds to tell us that we should look for pants that are fire proof.. (not sure why we need fire proof pants when we are trading them in because the seem ripped on them near the crouch). We are not upset over the pants just more upset over how Karen treated us and made a deal over us trading the pants in cuz of the seem and telling us we need to find a different kind of pants, we felt like she was telling us to take our business elsewhere. No Bull Guarentee. Was not followed here, what took 20 mins to exchange some pants could of been 10 mins. Because of us having to explain what kind of work we used the pants for.

Good quality but don't believe them when they say that you can buy a size smaller or that the shirts have been pre-shrunk. My bare wrists and tight shoulders beg to differ.

So small for a flagship store. All the construction made it a nightmare to get in there. I'll stick to the catalog thanks.

Made a special trip to this store in Duluth for hubby to get longtail shirts. Bought quite a bit of clothes even something for myself! Good staff, wish we would get one closer or in St Cloud MN this place would sell out!

Great service, very helpful, great quality of products

I buy all my winter jackets her and occasional work jeans. The quality is high but if used a lot the fire hose material will wear out in the 3 to 4 year range. With that said the store is easy to navigate and the staff is very warm and helpful. They will go out of their way to look for extra stock in your size.

A really awesome store, with tons of quality clothing and gear as well as cool/neat products that you wouldn't expect. If you are in Duluth, you should make visiting this place an item on your to-do list. Prices are on the higher end, but they aren't obnoxious and the quality of the goods justifies the prices (usually). Also some cool history here, as it's the first Duluth Trading Co. store/the birth place of the brand/company.

The customer service here is ah-maz-ing. Seriously. My father-in-law decided to return his skid marked Duluth Trading Company underwear (because the stain wouldn't come out after the third wash). I was hissing all sorts of nasty things under my breath at him hoping he would see reason before bringing his shame to the register. These saints accepted the return! They owned up to their no bull exchange and satisfaction guaranteed. This company is rock solid and its worth every penny. Especially to my father-in-law.
As a bonus I have been told by an employee of the Duluth Trading Company that they are now #dogfriendly. As an active #dogmom always looking for new experiences to challenge my future therapy dogs it's nice to have more options. Especially in the winter! Makes DTC even better. Plus they have a pretty great dog section.

While this place is interesting it is more of a tourist trap and yuppie store than anything. The merchandise is WAY overpriced.

I use to be the type of guy to buy jeans for work. A cheap 15-25$ pair lasted me a month or two if I was gently with them on the jobsite. Ended up switching over to firhose work pants and tested 1 pair out. They have lasted me over 5 years! They do show signs of major abuse but the structure of the pants is not compromised. Im using them as my "dirty job" pants after purchasing 4 new pairs and some shorts. I expect that with the 6 pairs i have now it will last me the next 15-20+ years. Truely the best purchase I have ever made hands down. Im not one to give out loyalty to just one brand but with work clothes I will never go to any other store. They have truely earned their place in my life. If you have any doubts try it and you won't be disappointed

This is a very nice store to visit. I found some things for Christmas here. It was cool to actually visit the store, because I get the catalogue.

Before walking into the store I wanted to buy something because I have friends (White) who have recommended me to purchase clothes through Duluth Trading and to be honest I liked the quality. I decided to walk into the store at this location because I was there on vacation, when I walked in, it wasn t busy and the employees there noticed but didn t greet me. Tell me why not even 10 minutes later, more customers were walking in (all white), were happily greeted and asked if they needed assistance. My girlfriend and I quickly took notice of this and we continued to shop but as we looked around we became aware that we were being hawk eyed. After becoming aware of this we had stopped and left the merchandise that we had planned to purchase and left. Needless to say we felt unwelcome thus proceeded to head out.

I expected the Duluth trading company to be bigger in Duluth Minnesota. I was wrong. Pretty expensive and couldn't justify prices in my head.

Not my cup of tea. Pretty expensive. Found sandles I liked so I looked online and got them for less.

They carry my size pants! As a larger lady I still want to be active and go adventuring and finding non-cotton durable activewear is so difficult. I was a size 20W for a long time and DTC has clothes for larger than that so I was very excited to see that!
