Been banking here for about 25 years. Great place totally confident with them and my money. Supportive, friendly and efficient. When my personal info was stolen from my house. I went to the bank and explained. I closed my account and reopened another. Before the thieves stole any money. Many of their employees have been working there for years which tells me they are good to their employees.

Money saver. This place is the best. Helped me with a car loan a credit line. Customer service was super friendly and helpful. Answered alllll my questions. Got my car loan quick and saved me alot of money. I'm happy I checked them out cause I benefited alot.
Poor customer service. I ve never had so many issues with a bank before. There was an issue with my loan that I had called to have it fixed. The clerk assured me it was taken care of but unfortunately it wasn t. When I noticed it wasn t fixed I called in a second time figuring it would be a simple process to smooth things out.
I called and spoke with marisol who said she needed manager assistance to rectify the problem and I was told I would receive a call from their manager Veronica. I never received a call so I decided to take the initiative to call again. The manager Veronica was very rude and condescending. She never apologized for not calling and had a very unhelpful attitude. I tried explaining to her that I had spoke with a clerk months ago and was told the issue was resolved but it wasn t. She replied at the end of the day, it s your responsibility to make sure the clerk did the correct changes . In my opinion that is just placing the blame on the client for their employees incompetency.
Update: just received a call from Pedro who was very helpful and empathetic to the mistake. He apologized for the clerk not making the necessary changes and fully resolved the issue. I m adding a star for his helpfulness but unfortunately due to the poor treatment from Veronica I can not recommend this bank.
My mom and I have been having this bank for many years, well as for myself, I started having this bank account since 2016 and my mom have been having this bank account for 29 years and in the past my mom never had any problems and so did I until now I do have problems, the employees like Marisol sometimes doesn't want to reburst money back into my account, Veronica who is supposedly the "manager" has a lousy lazy attitude that doesn't want to work to reburst the money back into my account, she tells me to call PayPal to reburst the money, knowing that PayPal is NOT a bank nor a credit union, it's a company for sellers with eBay company or their own online stores and buyers to use it if their debit card is NOT accepted in other online store websites okay?? During the phone call with this lady, her voice says it all, her voice sounds she doesn't want to work nor help me in this situation, I already got a new debit card but they don't want to reburst the money knowing that I didn't even made the purchase of $185.57 to PayPal!! DFC fraud system is very very low!!! I have no idea what the heck is going on with this credit union, it's like the employees and their manager doesn't want to give money back, like it hurts them, and if it's their own money NOT the clients... Well this sucks bad and to be very honest I heard that Chase and Navy Federal Credit Union Banks are very loyal, honest, helpful and kind friendly with their cilents and there is a NO we can't help you excuses!! So we are thinking about moving to a new bank if you guys don't reburst the many back into my account. Kind Regards Alina
