City Beach Club Review

Very pricey for the level of service. Moved us from the chosen bed to another due to some other planned event. Beach part only works till 7pm.

The service is completely absent. But the worst thing is, of course, the water in the pool. The circulation is turned off. The water is dirty.

City Beach Club, a very cool place, pool complex and restaurant that is above a parking lot on the last floor.
In the summer season - parties are held on a daily basis during the times of misery. In the evening the complex becomes one big cheap projector on a huge movie screen. Really highly recommend every time I'm in Kiev in the summer, jumping there.

Disgusting place. Dirty. Boorish attitude. The order will not wait. It s also sooo loud. All locals in the area suffer.

The environment and atmosphere is interesting due to the location, dancers, and DJ. However, the service (especially in the restaurant ) is horrible. Most of the servers don t care about their clients. You have to yell across the restaurant or raise your hand to get their attention. They need buttons at the tables and more staff. The food is okay, but they put too much sauce on their salads. My friends complained that the pool here is dirty. It seems to be a common complaint.

Noise for the whole area even at night. Event organizers do not have brains, probably.

At the entrance, in 2019 !!! year, you still cannot pay through Pay - Pass and security will search your bag at the entrance as if you came to Madonna s concert, and if you have some liquid in your bag, even if it is medicine, you will be forced to leave it on the entrance! There are no doors in dressing cabins! The pool is not only dirty, it s also cold! The kitchen is a different story altogether, it s cooked at a roadside cafe, and the prices are above average! But the cherry on the cake is sound, the music plays so loudly that The person lying there is barely audible, and after a couple of hours of this wonderful rest, the stranded voice is guaranteed, and no one will even react to the remark! This is the worst beach complex in Kiev, where no one will worry about your comfortable stay. And if there is Hell in Kiev, then this is 100% City Beach Club!

Awful place! Complete discrepancy between price and quality. The situation on the territory leaves much to be desired: the mattresses on the sun loungers are all in large gray spots, the planks on the floor are frayed, some signs lack a number or letter, the sofa in the center of the pool is torn and a feather bed sticks out of it ... Not to mention the fact that the staff does not pay any attention to the visitors, they sit and communicate with each other quite loudly, speaking like plumbers, despite the fact that children are walking 5 meters away.
Know what awaits me, I would not have come there for free, and pay another 400 hryvnia for this disgrace ... Disgusting impressions!
I won't advise anyone!

This is really N1 beach! There is nothing special to add. Very nice, atmospheric place, with a lot of friendly people, good music and always a positive mood.

The pool is very small and dirty, the floor in the entire complex is also very dirty, as if it had never been washed.
There is no service at all - in order to receive the ordered dish or drink, sometimes it is necessary to wait for about an hour. Towels do not change, the attitude towards visitors is a bit boorish.
For the money just do not recommend it to anyone.

What a terrible service you have! The staff is terribly unfriendly. We came on Monday morning to spend the day at the pool, at the entrance we were met by a girl, said that we could not pay with a card, in turn told us to go where we wanted, to the question whether she knew where to withdraw cash. As a result, we paid a guy who has nothing to do with the city beach club, as there is no cashless settlement in the 21st century! And the staff is just a nightmare, everyone is evil and terribly inhospitable, we will not return to you anymore, spoil the mood for the whole day.

we ve been going to this place for several years a couple of times during the summer. This year, the updated area near the pool, but still there is not enough space, sunbeds and fairly decent prices. For the money you can go out of town, into the forest, where you breathe no gases from cars. But this is what captivates the place-location in the center of the capital.

It s a very cool place, very good pool and staffs, the location is nice and beautiful as well, clean pictures and price is very normal. It s very close to ocean plaza so it s in Kyiv city center. There s a massage stand at the pool area which is very great after swimming. I had fun with my friends

Your brain and eardrums will be pierced by loud monotonous dull music. If you still have a brain - do not go there.
