Howards Drug

My family has been using this pharmacy since the 70's. Not much has changed. They still value customer service and work hard to make sure their customers feel cared for. Through the years, I've had problems with my insurance company and doctors. The folks at Howard's have always worked so fast to take care of any problems, so I never have any stress over my medicines. I highly recommend them.

They filled a "fill only as written" prescription with some generic and did not tell me until I picked it up. They said they could not get the medication my doctor wrote for despite me filling it at Save on for years. I could have been killed had the reason for the fill as written been an allergy of some kind. Go anywhere else.

We have always used Howards Pharmacy since I moved to area almost 15 years ago. I love the personal attention we have received during some of the darkest times thru a medical situation with my health. The wait times when dropping off a prescription is usually less than 20 minutes. I definitely am amazed with their personal service after having to use a Big Box pharmacy in town and had to wait 2 hours for a prescription. The owner knows his clients by name. I'm proud to be a customer at our Hometown pharmacy.

I have been going here for many years. They are a small town pharmacy with a big heart that really cares. When I walk through the door they greet me with a warm hello and call me by name..

I recently picked up prescriptions for a family member who is ill and I have to say that I was unimpressed and so dissatisfied with the customer service at this pharmacy. The pharmacy itself was unkept, incredibly dusty and looked like they had not done any type of real cleaning in a very long time. The young lady with colored hair who helped me seemed to be bothered by my questions and acted as though she had no real time to assist me. In my line of work I have had experience with many pharmacies in the past and I have to say, I will probably never recommend this pharmacy to anyone I know... relative, friend or potential client/resident.

Great hometown customer service. Fast prescription fills.

This pharmacy went above and beyond for me. I am fairly new in town - I moved to Selah 2 years ago. They have always been very fast - when I brought in my prescriptions they never had more than a 20 minute wait, but it was typically 10 minutes or so and I was out the door, medicine in hand. I came down with a virus earlier in the year and was miserable and desperate for relief. The pharmacist himself came out and spoke with me about my symptoms and sent me home with a few things that ended up helping. It is clear that the people who work here truly care about their customers. Most importantly, they helped me figure out which vaccines I needed when my doctor was unhelpful. I'm a military wife, and had not seen my husband in a month, and after Christmas, would not see him again for several more months. My doctor had called in the vaccines very late and called in the wrong ones, and was then unwilling to help me at the last minute. They spent time looking up each vaccine I needed and ordered it so it would be there the next day. Without their efforts, I wouldn't have been able to travel to be with my husband over Christmas.

Very sweet people! Shops a bit outdated but the workers are amazing! When my schizophrenia meds where empty and my brother needed testosterone they stayed open a few moments longer when they saw my moms car!
