I was going for wash and detailing my truck they charge for detailing 155 dollar and wash 50 dollar they only do vacuum inside nothing else the dust is every where inside the truck i never go again this place if somebody wanna clean truck clean by self don't go like that places

Came in to get a wash and detail, very trough and quick they even asked me what scents i would like and sprayed disinfectant for COVID, they've definitely improved and stepped up their game i would recommend. great Costumer service to that Nikole is one funny lady
Its Currently 3:51 pm Friday February 23 2018 and they told me they refuse to wash and detail my company truck because they're closing for the day and terribly understaffed the website for this Company says they are open till 6 Pm on Fridays.....i asked pulled in at about 3:35 and the very nice office assistant explained that the supervisor wasnt here on the premises and the only a small number if staff were present and that everyone had called off. I chose to right this review as a possible wake up call to this company that i have chosen to use for 5 years i normally have very good things to say about this truck wash service and normally recommend it but after today im not willing to risk my time and effort coming to this business ever again
Truck was detailed twice, level 1 once and it was still dirty. They didn't do any of the glass, at all, there were crumbs on the door that I blew off and there was a spill on a shelf so I did it myself. I wiped the door panel panel down with glass cleaner and the cloth was black. The seats and walls untouched! And the manager argued with me about how disgusting it was, until I pointed out all the dirt...oops...he apologized, checked the final work, I pointed out the glass and crumbs, but by then I didn't want to stay a minute longer. If you want the dirt hidden with shiny cleaner then you'll be fine. If you want it clean go someplace else.
