Today I went to check the price of a part for my car at the Citroen-Destra store in Guarulhos, and the service of Mr. Herculano (Parts Sector), caused me a lot of indignation for the indifference with which he treated me. I did not order the piece because of the poor service (he did not disrespect me at all, just could have been more friendly, helpful, nice, helpful ... who knows) and left the place determined to acquire the same good (unfortunately , the piece I need is only at Citroen ...) in another store of the brand, even if distant. I affirm that I did not go to ask a favor but to pay for a service rendered. Maybe at other times the treatment is a little better. Captivating the customer is EVERYTHING, otherwise it doesn't come back!
