When you go there everybody is nice and tying to be helpful, but when you try to call .... nightmare ! I just needed to cancel an appointment ... I was 33 ! !!! min on hold , then hang up ! No wonder it will be no show .....
Helpful advisors great charity and should be appreciated more for there hard work and contribution to the public.
I was only there to work but I can say that the people who work there are dedicated to helping others and have a multitude of skills to cover all aspects
Staff in here is very professional, kind and they intend to help to their best they can with complex cases. Thank you for all your help and patience

Much easier for access & parking.
I'd advise making an appointment for Bower Terrace as well if you can, otherwise as a walk-in it can be quite a wait to see someone (hence the 4 stars only as waiting time was well over an hour for me).
Having said that, once I got to talk to an advisor, they were very nice, helpful, attentive & reassuring.
The Citizen Advice Bureau is an establishment which helps people in Times of Crisis. Wev'er you Require Legal Advice, on a Situation that is affecting your life, or you need to Clarify a Situation From a Legal point of view. The Citizens Advice Bureau can give you the Right Advice on how to approach a Legal matter.
When one enters the Bureau one takes a numbered ticket and soon afterwards an Adviser will give you a form to fill in, such as name, Address etc...
Then an Advisor will take down the Details of your case, Face To Face.
I was Concerned about going to the CAB,
But, there was no reason for concern, because the Adviser Clarified my issues for me and correctly informed me of my Position.
Definitely worth a visit when dealing with Legal issues.

A place i highly recommend to get advice and help on a variety of issues from housing, benefits, debt, legal disputes to consumer rights. The staff, who largely are volunteers, were kind, compassionate and understanding about my situation. The advice and assistance in dealing with completing forms and telephone calls on my behalf, was invaluable to me.
An appointment here is essential as the centre is so busy. I did learn that there may be priority appointments slots available for those with chronic illnesses and health issues.
