**This C.A.B now has an appointment only Advise Point in Maidstone Gateway in King Street, Maidstone town centre**
Much easier for access & parking.
I'd advise making an appointment for Bower Terrace as well if you can, otherwise as a walk-in it can be quite a wait to see someone (hence the 4 stars only as waiting time was well over an hour for me).
Having said that, once I got to talk to an advisor, they were very nice, helpful, attentive & reassuring.
