MLM/Pyramid scheme, don't even bother. The job includes standing in a run down shopping centre selling talktalk to customers... if you don't sell, you don't get paid. The recruitment process is wayyyy too easy, red flags everywhere

Great, Fun, Dynamic workplace that pushes you to succeed around like minded and driven individuals!
There are so many pros ranging from: - Fun environment - Constant coaching and development - Performance based progression - Entrepreneurial attitude to the workplace
The main con that comes to my mind is that the clients are based mainly around similar industries such as energy and telecoms. Some start up companies in different sectors might be fun.
Being part of Citi&Co has been an amazing experience. Everyday I am part of a team, pushing me forward to achieve my career goals. Everyday my skillsets are also tested, pushing me to expand my comfort zones. For the time I have been here, I have completely transformed my outlook on my career and look forward to continuously developing myself within and outside the industry.
In the period of time I have been working at Citi&Co, I found it to be a very positive atmosphere, full of driven individuals. Through hard work and dedication I have been able to progress my career quickly.
Great atmosphere to be in. It's good working with peoole that want to take a step forward in their career and achieve big things. Love the happy and productive, and support from the team to help me grow.
Company has a solid structure for progression. Diverse range of skills to learn (sales, marketing, finance) Vibrant ambitious team to be around Open door policy (open to ideas and questions) Great bonus and incentives Great fit for someone who's looking to gain experience
Cons
Some tasks are tedious at times In senior positions, there's alot of multitasking so not the right for anyone who is disorganised. Not a good fit for anyone that wants to be in the shadows and not contribute. As people start off in a trainee position, if you've had big amounts of experience, be wary that you'll have to prove your worth again because progressing.
If you are ambitious and want to achieve something big in you're life, really achieve something not just "think about achieving it" definitely the place to be. So grateful to be given the opportunity to work with some of the most ambitious and amazing people I've meet in my life. Citi&Co has taught me that success takes hard work, grit, determination and most importantly A PLAN. Wouldn't trade being here for anything in the world.
Absolutely not. Cannot think of any good reasons to work here.
- Miscommunication with hiring manager - Wild expectations about working hours. The official working hours are Monday- Friday 10:30am - 8pm and Saturdays 9am-6:30pm AND ALSO use any free time possible to network with senior managers and basically spend all your time doing work activities. - I asked to work Mon-Fri and was faced with disapproving comments that I would not be progressing as fast as I should be. Their focus is purely on making sales. - Hiring Manager would disappear for days, sometimes weeks, had no support whatsoever. - Wasn't even able to start the position that's how inefficient and awful this company is. - Had to move countries to start this position using my own money, and was abandoned by the hiring manager with no comnunication about my start date and just a generally horrible attitude. - I was promised 'self-employment' by this company but never received anything. I provided all documents needed for my start, and almost a month later, and a day after orientation, was told that the info provided wasn't enough to support proof of address, and so I needed to open a new bank account which obviously takes time. During this time, my hiring manager vanished, and after multiple messages, missed calls, and emails to the comoany's general inbox, I finally got a reply by someone else informing me that they would get my hiring manager on the phone to speak to me. - My hiring manager gave me a list of excuses as to why she had vanished for 2 weeks, including illness, broken phone, laptop left at work, and shockingly no way of communicating with me. When confronted about this behaviour, she got rude, aggressive, and defensive with me, and once again vanished, leaving me with no clue as to how to begin my employment. - do not fall into the trap of working for this company, you will be a sold a dream of a high (100% commission based) salary and promises of career progression, when this is all just a massive stunt to get as many people as possible to do door to door sales and not even be registered as employees, rather 'self-employed.'
Getting to work with like-minded and hard working people has been the strongest factor into my growth and progression with Citi & Co so far. Working in a team environment, getting to learn new skills and creating strong business relationships are just a few things that have made my time at Citi & Co a great opportunity.
