Great, Fun, Dynamic workplace that pushes you to succeed around like minded and driven individuals!

There are so many pros ranging from:
- Fun environment
- Constant coaching and development
- Performance based progression
- Entrepreneurial attitude to the workplace

The main con that comes to my mind is that the clients are based mainly around similar industries such as energy and telecoms. Some start up companies in different sectors might be fun.
