Great service center. Reviews are full of misleading statements about them overcharging but I find the cost of repair very reasonable, especially when the workshop outside fails to get things fixed. A shout out to Faris for being patience and polite while serving me and ensuring my Grand Scenic 4 is fixed!

Wonderful experience with Renault.
At least their sales person doesn't look down on customer or hard sell.
Very clean, nice and comfortable showroom.
Their concierge is polite and greet every walk in customer.
In the end i bought myself a Grand Scenic BOSE edition.
After 1 year of ownership i have no regrets.
Even the after sales service is on the top notch... I can say out loud they are better service than Merc, BMW and VW which i had previously owned before.
Went back due to some items need to rectify, they even prepared a new Scenic for me to drive for 1 day.

I will probably be a repeat Renault customer because their after sales service is really good! The showroom / service area is very clean and well kept with comfy ample seating area, free tea, coffee and juices plus free internet access on their Imacs, and chargers for your phone. Especially appreciated if u hv to spend some time waiting!
