I read some reviews on this place and can t say anything negative (so far). I guess its all about who tends to you. I was lucky enough to be seen by Trish (a physical therapist) at this location and she was very attentive to my needs and asked me about my pains and problems. Thanks Trish. Hope next time I come, I m treated just as well by your colleagues.
Great treatment therapy I had in here all the therapists in here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Pamela Tamika,Andrea,Paula,Yetmayne,Tamara are very good.Especially Trish, Trish is my favorite one she is the best of best. I highly recommend CitiMed.
I love this place lisa make you feel at home and Jessica make sure that your in good hands, help s you out a lot and give good advice about your injuries (etc). In times like this that s what I need to help me get thru these hard times..To whom it my concern I think these people really need a bonus or a raise or in there pay.
If there s any one that is looking for a good clean place to recover From your injuries I would tell them to go home !! To Citimeds!!!!!

Dirty, run down. They did not tell me the MRI was enclosed and I had just had surgery so could not lay flat for the hour they were going to have to have me in MRI- 1/2 hour then another 1/2 hour. There was a human hair on sheet and I pointed it out to person/man he picked it off and dropped it on the floor. Did NOT change the sheet he wanted me to lay on. He didn't put gloves on at first till I had to ask him- THIS IS COVID TIME. So the fact of going into the MRI not being able to lay flat/filthy environment I walked out. YUCK
So I want to start off by saying this is my first time having therapy done at CitiMed (Hollywood) & WOW! The staff is super amazing Jessica A Lugo ( at the front ) was very welcoming and helped with any questions I might have had which was great. I have been seen by a special lady named Pam who honestly goes above and beyond every-time I come. She is funny , a great person , & the best massage I ve ever had . Lol love this place honestly !
I would recommend CitiMED Hollywood location because of the fun, friendly and family culture. I truly love going to therapy because everyone is so helpful and very knowledgeable. The staff is very energetic and we have a lot of good laughs. I will truly miss all of the Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Front office staff. The individuals that I connected well with and that I will truly miss is: Pam, Germaine, Trish, Paula, Felix, Denise, Carlene, Taylor and both Jessica s. Thank you so much CitiMed Hollywood Team for all your help and for creating a fun, friendly and safe environment! Also, Dr.Nickerson is a great doctor!

I'd like to say this staff here is above and beyond amazing. The core group here is amazing - special thanks to Jessica who does reception, and Gabe and Tameka who put in the extra effort to give me better treatment. If your a client ask questions! Talk about what hurts you! Pain management goes both ways! The more you communicate, the better the service you can have!
Fantastic team/staff and therapist. They not only alleviate pain, they also educate on how to continue your own treatment. I highly recommended.
