My two-year-old has autism and I had a few ongoing service coordinators at this agency and I m going to tell you it was the worst experience of my life. They were not responsive and they were so delayed with getting services for my child that I ended up escalating it to the assembly representative for New York City. The turnover at this agency is high so you re not going to have any stable experience which makes an already challenging process extremely difficult. I would strongly encourage you to look at other agencies like New York child resource center.
