Citiloc Systems Ltd Review

Ineducable, always on time and the most knowledgeable Lock and key company I have ever used.

My 25 year old Medeco lock jamming constantly from internal wear and tear. The Citiloc crew refurbished it, now it's working smoothly, what more could I ask for?

Best place get keys cut. They cut me an extra key for free.

Some of the worst customer service I've seen from a security company and there are some absolutely dreadful ones out there. Phone calls randomly dropping, poor line quality, operators don't know basic information about the company they are working for. I asked someone from their after hours line if they had a monitoring station and they said "that information hasn't been provided to me" also said they don't have the abilty to transfer a call all they can do is take messages. Praying I never have to call this company again.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have! Unreliable, dishonest and totally frustrating to deal with. Heard different lies from different staff people about the status of my order, there were huge delays and then when the part finally arrived it was the wrong size. When I asked why they ordered the wrong size, even though they had the right measurements, they responded I am an optimist . Seriously? Was he expecting the hole for the lock to shrink in the 3 1/2 months it took for the lock to arrive? Avoid this company at all costs!
