Some of the worst customer service I've seen from ...

Some of the worst customer service I've seen from a security company and there are some absolutely dreadful ones out there. Phone calls randomly dropping, poor line quality, operators don't know basic information about the company they are working for. I asked someone from their after hours line if they had a monitoring station and they said "that information hasn't been provided to me" also said they don't have the abilty to transfer a call all they can do is take messages. Praying I never have to call this company again.
