Impressive security, beautiful interior and swimming pool gardens

We booked two months ago by personal arrangement, but ten days before accommodation we were offered alternative hotel suggestions for urgent construction work.
Discovery Shores was arranged and stayed, but on the day of alternative hotel check-in, a message card and wine were presented to the room from Lind Boracay.
Although it was an unforeseen situation, it corresponded with Chitin.
The next time I visit Boracay Island, I would definitely like to stay in Lind Boracay.
By the way, it seems that the position on the map is wrong.
Actually, I think next to Fridays north.

Our friends held a private dinner party by the pool side for their 10th wedding anniversary. Food and drinks were great. Staff are courteous and friendly. We had such a awesome time.

The worst customer service ever, especially at the reception. They are just so rude it's impossible to even describe here. You don't feel safe because of their lack of interest, and If something goes wrong they will not help you. Just stay somewhere else to avoid hardship and wasting your money.

The dimmalmounty shuttle first brought a lot of people first. I stayed on sunday. I do not want to go near the infinity pool. I do not want to take pictures for three minutes at 1:30. I need to set it up. Next to Lynd, go to Hainan Prime or Donta Shanggel. Five-star and regret is here.

It is in a very quiet area, zone 1, the sea is fantastic and the sand is exquisite. The staff is attentive, always smiling, the food is very rich and varied, the breakfast is delicious and the architecture of the hotel is very beautiful.

By far one of the worst resorts I ve been too. No customer service at all. For a 5 star resort, we will never stay here next time with come to Borocay. We are here for a wedding and staying at a different hotel but our experience here as been shocking.

Really beautiful location, reasonably priced, unreal sunsets every night. Staff are super helpful, and the hotel it's self is really well designed. Breakfast buffet is a good standard.

Beautiful hotel with good food. They were very accommodating when we asked for a room change. It s unfortunate that when we had the doors open to the sea views in our room (#71 ) we could smell the exhaust from the kitchen. But we had a lovely stay. The staff in the dining area was efficient and extremely friendly!

Just came to have dinner the buffet is really bad, the food is too salty and the desserts are not good. An 80 pesos leche flan near dmall tastes a million times better

Still just a soft opening but very much worth the trip. A little bit pricey but it's worth to try at least once. Rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up!

Oh man! The has got to be the best location for social media addicts! Perfect pictures everywhere, beautiful crowd, so classy and upscale. I wish we could have stayed longer. There were so many couples doing their prenuptial photos, they have wedding packages just inquire from the front desk. Did I mention their pool is so awesome! You can view the sunset from everywhere in the hotel! I hope they give me a free room please :-)

Friendly Crew Fantastic Swimming Pool Fronty Like Private Beach

By far one of the best hotels on White Beach. Up there or if not better than Discovery. The rooms are big and comfortable with their own HUGE patch of white beach which is pretty private. They have an infinity deck with pool that overlooks station one and beyond. Lots to comment on but sum it up the service was above and beyond. The staff are extremely attentive and polite. Definitely can compete with Shangri-La, except that Boracay Shangri-la is a beautiful private resort like the ones you see in the movies. Unfortunately we can't afford to stay there...yet. We have dined there but not stayed. So hope to get a chance too so can review it them too :-)

This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! Everyone was so nice! The food was excellent. The concierge and reception desk always helpful and friendly. Our room was spectacular,comfortable and the view amazing! We loved the daily breakfasts. Fantastic location for walking on the beach and to restaurants in town. Loved watching sunsets at the infinity pool sipping our frozen mango margharitas!

Great hotel but a bit much for already a beautiful island/beach like boracay. If I stayed at this hotel I wouldn't want to leave it, but why miss out on a beautifull beach like bora..

Amazing! Couldn t fault the place or the staff!!! Accommodation was fantastic, pools were great, food was lovely and cocktails...delicious!

Place is absolutely beautiful 5/5 but service is 4/5... The service is what gives a place a home feeling and makes a place unforgettable and I get that from some staff but not from some others!

The hotel is super! The service is excellent. I recommend the spa center. Clean, tidy. They work in masks. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Special thanks for the transfer! Best memories of this hotel and vacation!

If your looking from the infinity pool u'll got an awesome view of Boracay beach a very relaxing place to stay in with a 5 star hotel kind of service. worth it!!

Claims to be 5 star, but cuts too many corners to actually be so. It is a good 4 star hotel, but nothing more. The Beach View room was very nice and also spacious. Breakfast looks better than it actually is. Lacks Boracay Beach atmosphere. Good but not great.

we stayed at an other hotel, but we enjoyed the dinner at the lind boracay. very friendly and supportive staff. the price is fair for a very good and broad portfolio of different choices to eat. the ambience is great!

Great location, excellent service, awesome facilities, buffet breakfast is amazing, only let down is that the beach front is pretty small so less room for the amount of guest they have. I highly recommend it tho.

Hotel did not allow me to bring a guest back after 10pm even though it states in the hotels terms & conditions any extra guests are to be signed in. Not the hotel go to if you re expecting company. I was also met with extreme arrogance at the desk when I questioned the policy (Jessie & Jay.) very disappointed after spending a lot of money.
Borocay however is a beautiful place would highly recommend just not this hotel.

Best hotel experience. All we received is a VIP treatment since the time of arrival until the time we went home. Everything is immaculate. Best breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Great staffs. i wished i stayed longer.

I choose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, thank you for the cake surprise even it is late :) the place is good with a decent room nice view from the infinity pool, the breakfast option is almost the same every day with a little change on mains. They accommodate my request to cook the shrimp the way I like it, though the Filipino food selection is very minimal, all the staff is a very accommodating special shout out to Vince from +36 Gabriel from the beach club Joy and Kuya Ramon from the speedboat service.

Nice rooms and amenities. Poorly trained restaurant and bar staff with little supervision. Smiles and greetings are plentiful but follow through service is the worst I've seen in a long time at their restaurant and bar. Staff just stands around looking bored. Check your bar and restaurant bill as they will charge you for items not delivered to your table. Nice rooms but service not the best.

Pool, room condition, kindness was good, but ... food does not fit in mouth

5 Star establishment from top to bottom. Service, Rooms, Cleanliness, Location, Amenities, Food, Photogenic etc... would definitely recommend the resort and stay here again.

Upon request, the Lind was able to accommodate my allergy and still able to maintain the high standard quality of their foods. Also, I am very impressed with their excellent customer service.

If you don't give the service that I deserve Next time I will choose Cancun or Acapulco as my tourist destination.

Perfect place to stay in Boracay. Nice quiet beach, great service at hotel and sand is soft as powder. The only down side is a lot of outside sellers trying to bug you to buy or go for their activities as soon as you step out of the hotel border at the beach.

Beautiful hotel! Beautiful design of the rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. The included breakfast is very varied and tasty. The restaurants that it has are also very good warm dishes. Highly recommended.

Very upscale resort, not much to do. Food menu not the greatest for what you pay to stay. Luckily it's on the main beach strip so you can just walk to all the best food places in Boracy... Great infinity pool over looking the ocean...

This is a very luxurious place! Rooms are awesome! We had so many freebies inside the room (treats, drinks, tote bag and even flip flops) Stayed here for 2 nights. Service is great with friendly staffs. They are very accommodating. Their infinity pool at the lounge level is stunning with a good view of the beach. My only complain is their front beach which is very narrow and doest show the good view of Boracay. Overall, this gives you a good feel of Boracay's station 1 experience.

Never to recomend this so called 5star hotel very very poor management. The service is so bad the owner should get professional help. It is so dissapointing and will never come back. Please train your manager down to all employees for proper treatment to all your guests. Definitely not a 5 star service

Feb 2017 - demoted Lind to 3 stars from 5 upon my second stay here. Service and food has declined rapidly. Although facilities are still good, I don't think they can keep up with the demand. Maybe they shouldn't expand too much since luxury is also about service.

June 2016 - Great place to stay. Roof deck is awesome, ground floor pool is superb. Rooms are spacious. Security and service is good. Only problem is that you have a small beach front area. But will definitely stay here again.

Resort rated pool full. Two very large and spacious pools (including jacuzzi) inside the resort, a fantastic view of the infinity pool (but not available at the event) on the lobby level, making sure you're not lacking in the resort. Kind of is somewhat lacking).
Staff service was ups and downs according to the individual, and the room was good but clean.
Still, I loved the secluded quarters, so the quiet location was very good (going further up the street too far to D'Mall).
However, I applied for pick-up at both entry and departure.
If you go to Boracay again, there is a willingness to return.

You might not notice this hotel as the road access and beach frontage were so narrow, you may think it's just an ordinary hotel, but I want to witness the extraordinary of this hotel, everyone will like their roof landscaping and modern facilities. Laid right beside Fridays Boracay, shares the beautiful beach view, yet its much more convenient and luxury, it allows you to feel you were still in the downtown while enjoying the perfect sands and sea, they provide shuttle service to DMall so you don't hassle yourself to bargain with trip fares, and you know you don't get lost. Station 1 is indeed far, but you will enjoy to stay the whole day :)

The Lind Hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything was just right, from the pick up at the airport to the return. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are very clean and are cleaned twice a day. The view is bombastic! Every day we had a nice handwritten note in the room, everything was cleaned up with love and also small sweets were there when we came back in the evening. We felt very, very well! There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Although we did not like Boracay so much, we would still come back alone because of the Lind Hotel.

Delicious breakfast, wonderful massage, beautiful beach right downstairs, gorgeous infinity pool on the roof, and a picturesque pool downstairs. They have incredible attention to detail; we saw them polishing individual rocks and wood planks around the grounds. The dinner could be improved, but we didn't try the all you can eat outdoor barbeque. Super friendly staff and an hourly shuttle, which I would recommend you skip in favor of a beach walk to the shopping areas. Strongly recommend.

The Lind Boracay was an incredible hotel. We started off our vacation staying at this hotel, and it made all of our subsequent hotels seem subpar compared to the Lind! Everyone here was so kind and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we were having a comfortable and pleasant stay. We will most definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Impressive facility. Impeccable service. Very responsive staff. Awesome buffet breakfast. Food is reasonably priced and taste good. You will have to think long and hard to think of something to complain about.

I think station 1 is better than station 2.

Good location and good amenities. Rooms can be improved, currently doesn't have the looks for it's price. Bathrooms needs a bit of maintenance (loose toilet seat, shoddy bathroom door slider)

Amazing resort with best sunset view at infinity pool. Excellent breakfast and best location on white sand beach.

The place was good for watching the sunset. The food was also good. We had a great time relaxing here.

We enjoyed our stay so much because of the good service they provided. The entire hotel is clean, the rooms are big and the facilities are child-friendly!
