Decent banking system here which is very easy to get credit cards or loan with a very simple document need to provide also they give even for low salary which is very good chance only one point that there is only one branch and one deposit machine in marina mall so you have to take care pay your payments at earliest so you can avoid late charges.
Very worst bank services, I made one day late credit card payment than I got 230 AED fine, even my minimum payment was 600 only, I made request for remove that fine but still no action, during pandemic this extra burden on me
This has to be the worst bank in the UAE. They have terrible customer service. As I type this I have been waiting for 20 minutes to collect a manager s cheque i.e. money that the bank owes me since I closed my credit card relationship with them and there was an overpayment on my credit card. I had additional products with them a few years back and the experience was even worse where they made me lose $25k USD! Avoid this place and run as far as you can.
Everything perfect. Parking available the staff is very cooperative and helpful. There is a gentleman Saad he helped me a lot. Highly recommend
Pathetic managing staff, I am visiting this bank for 2nd time to get my loan repayment schedule, Masha Allah one employee said there is no loan payment schedule in our bank, other helped, waiting since 1 hour so that someone attends me, pathetic service n banking our time is important,

Very friendly staff and professional. Their credit card prestige has a lot of benefits compared to a lot of banks. The only thing is that there is not much of branches here in abudhabi which is a bit difficult but it s okay.
I ll never recommend there card to anyone ever

I ve requested for the EPP plan on 6th of November
Later they said that they ll be needing the invoice number for that so I said ok I ll do that later as my statement date was 13.
On 12 of November I got the call from them for the cash loan but I denied for the loan and then i told that I want to get my amount converted into Installments
She replied that she can do it without any invoice number so i was relaxed as she confirmed that it s done
Later on the next day my statement got generated and the full amount was there as she didn t converted that
Guys please beware from there fake calls and specially from there sales team
Highly disappointed and wil never ever recommend anyone for this card.
Worst banking experience. Took a 1 hour drive and tried to open bank account all I get unfriendly welcome because I don t have 10k usd in which the website did not state I need to maintain or else they will close the account. You want to get a credit card and then they will be nice to you or else don t bother coming
