I really like the permanent exhibition where you learn a lot about space, I'm less fan of the outdoor part that I think should be more exploited.
I really like the permanent exhibition where you learn a lot about space, I'm less fan of the outdoor part that I think should be more exploited.
Entrance fees overestimated. Attractive website but not dynamic enough. You have to get the information on the interactive screens. It's an interactive library [Only 3 dynamic attractions :(]
To do if you are in Toulouse! For young and old this place will transport you to the confines of the universe!
We had a very good evening we really like the city of space thank you and bravo to the whole team for the welcome and the organization see you very soon.
Sympathetic, the imax is really impressive. At the end of July at the beginning of August, a lot of people but not too much waiting for films and attractions. The equipment is in good condition. Do not expect a Eurodisney, it is rather cultural, but too superficial for my taste (for lack of time).
The staff are very professional, the hosts friendly, despite the fact that they repeat the same thing all day long. We have not tested the snacks / refreshments, there is a macdo at 1km. You can go in and out of the park at will.
Very good time with the children! One day is not enough to do everything. The workshops are well thought out and interesting. The restaurant is very good and the service fast if you arrive at the right time. However, there should be more space in the aisles ...
Super really nice. The set is very clean and nice. Playful place for young and old. I highly recommend
The museum is closed! !!
Warning Google indicates open museum
The Dutch are spoiled with Efteling and Walibi, Hellendoorn etc as theme parks. French equivalents are not included (Disneyland Paris as an exception, but of course that is not French). This park is not a theme / fun park but an education center. After 1.5 hours you are bored.
Bof bof ... too expensive and in places downright rundown, we see that it aged badly ... more than 80 euro for the little family I do not do it again
There is something for the whole family, even the little ones find "stands" for them!
Interesting place and a lot of activities for children. Too bad the park is not renewed. It's been 3 times that we do it in 5 years and no major changes ... Too bad.
Great museum. Very interactive and interesting. Too bad we couldn't climb to the top of the Ariane rocket.
Very instructive for the little ones than for the big little family games very good atmosphere (very recommended)
Very entertaining events and conferences with explanations from various speakers very accessible
Great museum, very interesting, to visit when there are special events related to space
Very interesting ! But the children are put aside a little
EXTRAORDINARY
Everything is made for understanding. The explanations are within the reach of the smallest and the largest. Unfortunately taken by the weather we could not see everything. we stayed 8 hours it would have taken us two days. At the next stay in Toulouse
Good for children ... good entertainment ... a nice planetarium ... I'm a bit disappointed. ..
Very disapointed
The 3 quarters of things to see are impossible to see, either because of corona or the machine has broken down
The endless waiting time
Pay 26 euros to see very little I am disappointed
In the 21st century, forced to print tickets ... thank you for ecology and respect for the planet on the part of such an institution ...
A beautiful day of celestial discoveries, popularization of science and observation of real spacecraft. Recommended for all ages. Very decent food for a park. To visit !
Way too expensive. Lifesize models of spaceships and satellites are interesting, but most of the visit consists in watching videos or taking tests on touchscreens, which is not so much interesting. Also, the amount of things to see is so huge that there is only time to go rapidly by.
Scandalous .. I pity the animators who try as best they can to do their work in inhuman conditions, obviously it blocks at the level of animation managers because despite their presence and the difficulty of the animators they left in the offices without even giving a helping hand, and let visitors in this slump .. all while being unpleasant with the clientele .. it is beautiful the management at the city .. I am not talking about the points of restoration one evening of event to 2000 visitors, only one open on the three with a tail which discourages any eater ... No guide, no booklet, no sense of visit .. really it's a shame, an establishment that could put your eyes open, launch passions, to be a real showcase for the city Toulouse, all paid with our taxes.?
We stayed there at 7:30 am and we didn't see everything ... My 7 year old son is delighted and has stars in his eyes. We could go back again tomorrow if it was possible!
Museum full of explanations and activities that will delight young and old!
Good atmosphere, I had a very good day, a little wait at some attractions, otherwise its c very well spent
Plan your day in advance, because in a day compared to barrier gestures it makes you run.
Very enriching site for all ages.
I strongly advise you.
Super expensive (65 Euro for 2 adults, 1 child) and hopelessly aged. Lots of stuff in the museum doesn t work anymore, poorly maintained. Most attractions were in French with poor translations. The outside parc is nice but really not a reason to visit. My 7 year old loves space and couldn t wait to get out. What a huge disappointment and what a scam.
Very educational to do with family. Count the full day, we do not get bored. The kids loved it
Exhibitions open to all, simplified, fun, interesting! A beautiful day !
They have a state of the art IMAX laser system and IMAX immersive sound system not to be missed.
The site remains very welcoming, you can see the Arianne rocket. Lexpo remains interesting for those who are interested in the universe. What I liked most are the two film screenings, the rest of the visit does seem a little empty
Very interesting place to learn about space there is no better in France!
A great family outing, very nice movies, exhibitions, with explanations for everyone
Apart from the waiting wires that drag on, the park is a real place of discovery and education.
Fantastic park on trips to space ... Highly recommended
Great family outing. Cultural discoveries. Prices are a bit high.
Very good time with the family, we learned while having fun!
Interesting but not much and no amazing stuff except in Astralia
disappointed, many texts, screens inter active not obvious, hardly accessible to children under 15 years too much text to read, only interesting places imax and planetorium and very expensive for all
Excellent to visit absolutely, price two stars it is a little expensive !!
I just loved the 5 hours waiting to enter the park
The dromedary trip was better
We had to eat in the toilet which was really dirty.
I loved my day
A restaurant just after the ticket office, very fast and smiling service, possibility of eating outside near the gardens
We are born welcome by the security agents and we feel at ease and free to visit
BRAVO SECURITY
Not had time to see everything but we will be back, it's great, we loved it.
To do, suitable for juniors but very interesting all the same. Nice visit
More for children
the solarium, not bad
Nice, nothing more ... we are a little bored, the activities are slow, the schedules are random for some (see the quiz) you have to arrive 20 minutes before. Catering ... no choice of sandwich or cardboard salad ... and a bit expensive. For 4 people, count at least 120euros per day ...
Disappointed ... Many places closed the day we went .... No experiences
No need for a whole day to tour the site
So we found it expensive for what it is ....
It is a very nice place to visit, especially when you are passionate, there is so much to see, the IMAX and the planetarium are probably the best things proposed by the city of space, not to mention the satellites, many are true, the model of the rocket Ariane V giving a good idea of what takes off (it's hard to believe that an object of this size can leave the earth ...), because of the number of things to see, the best is to go there in the morning, because it will take hours and hours to see everything.
But nothing was perfect, the food is really bad, a pack of chips, still, it's not bad, but I personally try a hotdog, it was really not good, the suck was cooked to the water, the bread was dry, not terrible at all, I advise you to take your picnic, because it is really very disappointing. There is the big problem that in the room with the rotary and the moon runner, the waiting time is so long that I finally get tired of it and leave the queue, one person at a time is really coming down because there is the necessary place to pass two, see three people at the same time, it's just a question of installation.
For the rate, very mixed, the entrance is really expensive, but worth it, note that once you get home, everything is free, including the IMAX and the planetarium, only the souvenir shop is not free, but it's a bit logical. I find the price of a little high appearance, but when you see that everything is free, except the shop is the food (nouriturre that is not worth it), it's worth it to do it a lap.
Personally, I do not understand why some say that this park is not for young people, but hey, there is everything, including tips for young people.
Very nice experience, on a weekend in November with a two day pass.
I had a great day at this museum. Everything is really complete and fun. Very educational and informative. There are many things to learn and test. I highly recommend for children in family or even in adult to deepen one's curiosity and knowledge.
More information park than attraction. The lunar attraction and very interesting. Have a good day in perspective
Worst park of .... the universe. A Light Year to get a sandwich, 2 light years to land on major satellites (imax, planetarium). All for an astronomical price! Escape with your rocket as far as possible.
We have adored. The animations in the stellarium and the planetarium are simply magnificent. We no longer want to leave. Bravo to all the park staff for their friendliness and their availability. We will come back.
We spent a beautiful day. Very interesting theme park suitable for everyone: from the youngest to the most passionate. The attractions are varied and the planetarium is gorgeous. Among the flaws: restaurant service to be improved, languages available in addition to the local only English and Spanish; Animals are not allowed.
Many attractions go wrong.
Instructions are missing or unclear, this leads to general confusion where everyone does anything.
The Stellarium is regularly out of order. The screen freezes and people are asked to leave the room. After more than 20 minutes of waiting with the children to enter, it's annoying.
As a replacement for the Imax room being renovated, this is a pitiful exchange.
The Astronaut restaurant is ok. Good products, at reasonable prices and with attentive and pleasant staff.
In short, for the asking price, it remains quite disappointing.
The team is really passionate the proposed activities are simple and affordable for young children. A very good day spent there with a lot of things learned.
The restaurant is good and affordable so a good place if you have not had a sandwich.
The city is interesting, but the price much too high. In addition, some exhibitions are no longer up-to-date (the 2007 satellite part!)
Wonderful, to go with children is a phenomenal !!! Worth it!
Wonderful! A great experience with kids! It worths it!
Great for young and old, a fun way to improve our culture
Unmissable place to visit during a stay in Toulouse ... ideal place for a day out with family, with attractions for young and old.
It is good to spend a family day. Our daughters are 2 and 4 years old and have had a great time. We went on a Saturday in July and there was very little influx, so we have not queued at all. The visit is mainly indoors (IMAX, planetariums, exhibitions ...) so you can go though bad weather or very hot. Free parking, food and souvenirs at the right price. Almost everything is in Spanish. I do not give him five stars because he lacks some attraction. A tad of adrenaline would be the perfect touch. I leave it as a suggestion;)
For children who have a passion about the field and a thirst for learning, the place is surely a place to recommend. But personally, even if I was a fan of the child space, I found that it still needed a heavy baggage and interest on the field in order to appreciate. The immersion is a bit limited because the entertainment is a little sacrificed for the benefit of hard science. Finally say that I have never been able to access entertainment I think since cinematographic sessions are difficult to access with the world there was. And the price of the ticket, a bit excessive ...
Not bad, but not great for me
Very pleasant visit. The exhibitions are very interesting. It takes two days to see everything.
Despite the pompous name the park has been somewhat outdated and outdated. We spent a lot of heat, few areas with shade. There are several Burger where to snack. The quality of the imax movie justita .. The planetarium spent the time in a game quite ridiculous riddles. In order if you pass by there ..
For children and young people do not miss it you learn and they will like it
Well
expect to come in the morning or over 2 days the visit is long
Fun, interesting and unavoidable, however too expensive in my opinion
Very interesting and very scientific. Observation of the celestial vault. Very clean place. Friendly staff
I pleased Jean Michel Blanquer, I spent a "learning" stay
Joking aside it's really great, in summer think of caps and water bottles.
Post covid period. Many things closed, but the barrier measures are rather well respected.
Literally by employees, less by visitors.
In any case I really recommend.
If you don't know French, AVOID! You won't fully enjoy the visit.
Such a structure attracts international visitors, it would be advisable to provide guides in multiple languages. Even the waiter didn't speak a word of English. In addition, the programming of the attractions is completely out of phase, I think to push for a further visit. Boring the projection to the Planetarium, which among other things for the position of the armchairs makes you feel stiff neck. Not to mention the cost to enter: 24 really exaggerated.
Interesting for adults a little less for overly scientific children. It could have attractions like futuroscopy to energize and immerse the visitor in the space universe. Not to the point of being an amusement park. Just to make you want to come back.
Very nice discovery, we learn a lot of things and we easily manage to get interested, there may be a lack of fun activities in addition for the little ones
An exceptional site that is worth the detour! Plan the day to really see everything and enjoy the many activities and entertainment. Suitable for all audiences !!!
A thematic museum, very didactic. You spend all day learning, playing and interacting with the activities. Ideal to go with children. Much space. The food is not very expensive, and you eat well. That yes I was in low season a working day and there were several large groups, I imagine that in high season will have to have patience.
No doubt to return with the family.
Fabulous place that explains with pedagogy the aerospace sector. The models of rockets, satellites and the MIR station are just exceptional. The planetarium is totally exotic and the experiments on the empty amazing. To visit for all generations.
Very nice space but the restoration quite disappointing. We had very little choice. Superb home
