Spent 9 weeks plus many weekends over 8 years here as a teacher with over 3000 students, 330 at a time. Taught many things specialized in weather forecasting. Many memories. Awarded "..............Service Award". (Google will not allow the typing of the name of this camp, changes my typing into another word. Shame on Google).
My daughter and I have been there twice for school-related camps. The grounds are large and accommodations pleasant. Staff is so wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They make it a terrific experience!
A nice learning center. Nice area to walk around on trails. A good place to go to.

I went as a 6th grader as a camper then went 3 years in high school as a camp counselor great experience every year one of my favorite places in the world.
Came here for leadership camp during the summer and it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. Hoping to come back as an RC sometime in the next few years!
So my older sister (Saturia Taylor) went there in 6th grade at Tenino and she told me about how she sprained her ankle and had to wear crutches for most of the week but at the challenge course she popped it back into place that was the last day but other wise she had soooooooooo much fun! I cant wait until I go and explore the cave and find bones like she did!
This is a great place to have a large group Leadership Conference (like the FFA 211/360), The dorms are ok, the classroom are large and the dining hall can handle over 200 people at a time.
i loved the hike up to angle falls. I had a grate time at Cipus in 5th grade
Love Cispus! Went there for a week with my school as a child and I highly recommend!
