Have asked to cancel our account countless times, keep getting forwarded to different employees with excuses. Has been going on for half a year now.

BUYER BEWARE! Pretty much the exact same experience as Emily has mentioned. They autorenewed our contract for $4,900+HST without any sort of notification of upcoming renewal, immediately upon receiving the invoice for their renewal, the same month they opted us back into another year, we promptly let them know that we didn't want to renew nor did we have any use for their services or were even actively using it. They shifted us to several contacts who responded between 2 weeks and months apart, refusing to cancel the year. I even offered to pay a prorated 3 weeks into our new annual renewal to satisfy them - during a pandemic no less when business is tough for anyone - and they refuse to budge. This is a software we're talking about, it's not like they performed a year's worth of service in advance where they had incurred any loss of resources or cost of goods sold - they simply want to scam as many companies as they can with a ridiculous 5k autorenewal charge - who preposterous is that?! Horrible business practice, ethics, and customer service. Very unprofessional for a company this size. Do yourself a favour and find another offering who actually cares about their customers and reputation.
