Love my sign, the software is fantastic and easy to use. I liked it so much I just bought another one for another location.

Been working with Cirrus for about a year and have been highly satisfied with the product and service. The technology is intuitive and easy to set up. The hardware takes some time to put together and fabricate, but overall it is straightforward. I have purchased 4 EMCs and in the first year have had little to no issues. Only reason to not have a fifth star is the necessity for increased tech support staff. Waiting times to speak to a tech generally are anywhere between 10-15 min. This may not seem like much, but multiple calls can drain precious time away especially when you are outside during winter.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!! Their service / parts department is a joke and never take the blame. We've had 4 customers signs go out 3-4 months after we install them. Their "support" team always tries to pin the blame on us. They send faulty, defective parts and they can't take ownership of their mistakes.

Really poorly made LED boards. Take your money elsewhere, you'll thank me later.

I Had 3' x 7' Cirrus Led sign installed at my business in the fall of 2017. Was very Happy with it. Great set up and training. Change the message from home or work. Had a panel go out and they quickly replaced it free under their 5 year warranty. But in January of 2019 my sign message started freezing. Happened on scrolling text or moving graphics. Was told that it was a software problem they were working on an update. I have been told the same thing 7/19 and 11/19 and 6/20. Over a year and a half and I still can not use the sign features i expected.

We recently purchased and installed a 9mm display for our customer. The product looks great and the customer service was also very good. So far the customer has been happy with their display.

one of the easiest and fastest installs we have ever completed. unit was up and running, in two hours. the customer was just amazed with the software operation. Way to go Cirrus.

I cannot say enough good things about Cirrus LED. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their clients. They want to see us succeed. Their line of products is top-notch and of the highest quality. Each digital display is crystal clear and their cloud software is user-friendly. If something were to go out or need fixing, their team is quick to help. If you're looking for a new digital sign solution, they are your best choice, hands down! Thank you, Cirrus LED!

Absolutely love my sign and the software to operate it. I've had it for 4 years and only had one small issue, tech support was amazing and it was solved within hours. I''ll be upgrading my current display to their new 6mm by years end. I love this company!
