Been working with Cirrus for about a year and have been highly satisfied with the product and service. The technology is intuitive and easy to set up. The hardware takes some time to put together and fabricate, but overall it is straightforward. I have purchased 4 EMCs and in the first year have had little to no issues. Only reason to not have a fifth star is the necessity for increased tech support staff. Waiting times to speak to a tech generally are anywhere between 10-15 min. This may not seem like much, but multiple calls can drain precious time away especially when you are outside during winter.
