Local owned place, decent selection of clothes, boots, outdoor wear etc. Sizes tend to be limited but they will order you anything you want. Staff is some of the most friendly and helpful i have come across. Can return items with no fuss, and will try to give you the best price possible.

Very limited selection. Many items are not priced, so it makes it very inefficient to shop for bargains. This is very much a speciality shop and if your looking for an expanded inventory, by all means go to Academy. Not much help available.
Poor selection and service. They advertise they had Irish Setter boots, and not a single pair in the store when I arrived. A wasted trip and gas. Very limited selection otherwise to meet my boot requirement. Better service may have been key to making a sale.
customer service is like no other that I have found any where in this great city. go down town and make a special trip to this place. Aaron and his staff makes you feel like you belong. it's really a great place to to shop for shoes and their selections of boots just can't be beat... tell them Mike sent you.

Great experience. Took their recommendation on boots for best price I could find. Had slight comfort issue within the first few weeks with one of the boots - they got with manufacturer and swapped out no hassle. Will be doing business here again.
The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. A very nice selection of hiking gear, quality boots, and a nice selection of knives among other things.
