Great place for drinks, polar pops are 79 cents. The place is nice and clean, except just sticky in the drink area.

Lady cashier verbally told me that " I'm buying too many snacks and its not good". Seriously???? Im buying what i want and you are judging me for that... I don't know but i think her name was carmen. I think shes gone now because i haven't seen her back.

Monica Rosales ignored me even after I greeted her then while helping the customer after me made a racist remark in Spanish thinking I wouldn't understand her. I brought it up to the managers attention who told me English is her second language. Completely ignoring the fact she was using racial slurs. I'm in the process of trying to reach corporate because her level of customer service should not be based on the color of the customers skin. I know drive 2 miles extra to another convenience store just to avoid having to interact with her I feel uncomfortable

Terrible service the worker did not want to sell me a juul even though I am past the age of 18 horrible never coming back.

Super rude over phone, place is dirty. don't go to this circle K

Called over the phone to avoid driving to multiple different places. Awful, rude woman answered in Spanish and interrupted me when I was in the middle of asking if this Circle K carried what I was looking for. She rudely snapped at me that they "didn't give product information out over the phone" -- when every other Circle K had politely done so earlier in the evening. She told me I would just have to come into the store, and I was so taken aback. Then, she hung up on me. Please fix your customer service. This was beyond rude. I have no idea whether or not this Circle K has what I was looking for, but I have zero intention of driving out to see.

Stopped to use the restroom. The door was locked and i stood there waiting. The clerk in her 50s was mopping and talking to another customer. She just looked at me and kept talking. I interrupted to ask for the key. She said the older cashier was going to use it first and then the older cashier went around me and went in. I have had several bad experiences here. The management needs to make some employee changes. Horrible customer service.

Carmen needs to be fired!! She is always in a terrible mood, always down-talking to customers, and very disrespectful!!! This is a great neighborhood, and one of the higher income areas of El Paso that does not deserve to be treated poorly by a grumpy, low life cashier!! See the other comments and you will see her name and description all over.... Hint hint... FIRE HER!!

I was running out of gas and the cashier didn't want to put gas cause I had wanted to put 10 out of 50 . He said he has no change. But at the same time the store was busy. Made no sense .

Be careful with a lady around her 50's, she is always selling t shirts into the store and she does not work there!, she believes the owner of the store!

I waited in line to pay a very long time. The employee wasn't friendly; but wasn't rude. Just an emotionless robot that can only say my total price. Their selection of hard cider is lame.

I had the worst experience. I was minding my own business making a run for a late night snack with my boyfriend. We were having our own personal conversation when the cashier, Carmen, started pointing a finger at us saying we were making fun of her. We tried politely saying that we never even mentioned her and that we were talking amongst ourselves about something entirely different. She treated us so rude and disrespectfully that I never want to go back. I genuinely hope she does not disrespect all of her customers like so. I would definitely advise against going to this gas station.

Went over a unsecured metal cover for the gas tanks punctured my tire and cost me $163 bucks. Thanks Circle K.

Usually fast service to gas up the truck. I always pay cash, so I have to walk in and prepay, but that's ok. Friendly folks there.
