Cinespace is an awesome studio complex in Toronto's west end. The Mirkopoulos family takes great care of their studio clients. I highly recommend shooting here.

I work as a film set carpenter in the many studios at this location but can't share photos as stated in my contract.

Parking is a disaster with all productions happening at once. They need to re-think how they've got the parking laid out and what needs to be reserved and what doesn't. They also need to stop letting production vehicles use crew parking instead of parking with their respective units. Doesn't make sense why actual production vans are refusing to park with their units and being allowed to take up crew parking spaces instead. This would solve some of the parking issues easily.

The studio is so clean.
If there is anything that stood out for me its the cleanliness.

Ok this is a warehouse rededicated as a film studio. With the exception of one stage not purpose built. It is however a well maintained sight with up graded facilities to handle the Pandemic in a safe working environment . As a sound guy I would appreciate a quieter environment , which sadly we are compromised by transformers in some stages and transient noises from other studio air conditioning coming into our ventilation. Concrete floors, reasonable clear expanses. Parking for tech trucks and crew can be challenging if all studios are in production . Office space is adequate . Lock ups over flow to off site. Highway access close by . All in all a great place to shoot.

A tremendous filming facility owned and operated by an extremely professional and forward-thinking company.
