Very nice cinema. Everything arranged well. Easily accessible. The only drawback is that you can't get popcorn.

Relaxed cinema, a bit difficult to come by with all those road works

New, spacious and clean. It has the Cinemec touch where staff gives you a short introduction on the film, director and stars. The theater rooms are spread over several floors. Each has stadium seating I believe so you are assured you have a good view of the screen. But the big bummer (for many) remains: no popcorn.

Fine cinema, but to get there at the moment by car a disaster. Parking is also weird: half of the parking spaces are paid parking by the municipality, without this (clearly) indicated (especially in the dark). Chances are you will find a receipt behind your wiper after the movie ...

Excellent large movie theater. Consumptions way too expensive though.

After the movie all drive off the parking lot ... they have to change that. 1 exit gate open and then also with a ticket, I don't understand ... free parking. The cinema was great in hall 1.

Nice cinema and enough legroom between the seats so you can enjoy the movie

Refreshing to see a movie theater that doesn't cram as many people/movies in as little space and time as possible. Before the movie starts a presenter explains the back story or comes up with awesome little facts. Overall great experience, but sadly no popcorn..

Nice cinema in an easily accessible place. Near nice restaurants. The staff was very nice and friendly. Thank you for parking after the movie :-) definitely recommended! Unfortunately no pictures were taken for you.

CineMec Utrecht is a multitainment complex located above the A2 / Leidscherijn tunnel. de In addition to film and film events, it is also an ideal place for business events. The cinema guarantees the best image & sound (Laser projection & Dolby Atmos in the Premium room), is easily accessible from the region and the staff is very hospitable.

Special experience to literally watch the stars in the skyview room on the roof terrace. Good that fleece blankets are handed out and that the bar is 10 meters away. Nice setting with fantastic views.

Visited the 'Star Wars Identies' expo with my nearly 11-year-old son. The expo featured some 200 requisites from, mainly, Episode I through VI and the Clone Wars animated series. All but a few replicas are original models, costumes and sketch designs. Well worth it. To account for everything in an educational way, you can create your own Star Wars character by making choices at various places in the expo that will form your character for the rest of his 'life', which is also the message for yourself. Pretty nice, this educational element, and very nice that you get your Star Wars character neatly emailed at home, but this still costs 1/3 of the exhibition space. I would have preferred to see an additional 100 extras (all necessary digital resources work pretty well, by the way). The price is absurd, 23.50 and 19.50!

Very modern and fun events. Too bad there is no break, so you can not buy something to eat or drink in between. It is also a pity that it is quite remote in the middle of a construction site.

Many choices of films. Nice person. Unfortunately no Imax.
Chairs are not comfortable and parking, especially the signage, is a disaster. Therefore we think parking in the parking lot of the cinema is free.

Always a little explanation at the start of the film, clean, legroom and plenty of parking spaces. Really recommend!

Great cinema, nothing to complain about. Just what you expect from a cinema. And the large room is spectacular, good quality images, sound and your eyes get used to the 3D glasses they offer there, but give back afterwards.

Nice Cinema, everything is well cared for, friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need is available. Image, sound and comfort are good (high image quality through laser projection). Main hall also has Dolby Atmos for even better sound! Easy to reach by car and public transport (bus / train station at the door). Finally, free parking when you go to the movies.

I never go to this cinema again. Already so little attention is paid to the individual in this society, but pathe is really the pinnacle. The age restrictions on the 16 and 18+ films are far too strict, with no consideration at all of whether the person is well resistant to these types of films at all, and vice versa, whether an adult can take them. The latter point may be difficult to resolve, but the former is simply brushed aside with the commonly used 'guided' rule. If necessary, employees are asked to ask the supervisor whether the child can handle the film.
Long story short, people just differ, and you can't forbid everyone from watching movies. Whether this improves or not, I will not return to pathe, from now on kinepolis. (\ _ ~ _ /)

Nice room and good experience (image and sound). However, for the rest it is a shame what they have done with this mega building. There is absolutely no atmosphere in it. It starts with the fact that you can't get popcorn in a movie theater. Chips only in a mini package, beer not on tap! You could have turned this building into something cozy and cozy, combining the largest with nice bars with the old-fashioned film feeling. From an organizational point of view it is also wrong, 1 person at the door who cannot scan a CR code from a telephone while dozens of people approach him. 1 trash can at the exit that is already flooded when the first 20 people have come by while there are 500 people in the room. In short, next time just in the cozy Utrecht center to the outdated cinemas instead of an uninviting factory! Do something about CineMec ;-)

Nice cinema with good screens, sound and screens. Food and drink is a bit disappointing

Very good projection technology and comfortable seats with plenty of room. However, the cinema itself is a bit uncomfortable and no popcorn is sold, because they have all kinds of other offerings (ice cream, cupcakes, cookies) ... Which cinema doesn't sell popcorn? This is a really detract from the cinema, already missing outside the halls.

The location is unfortunately quite far away from Utrecht, but in Utrecht itself I have worse experiences with cinemas: Cinemec is the best alternative.

Nice is that instead of long commercials for the film a short introduction is given by an employee about the film. This really adds something!

What I also do not understand is that in such a modern building stairs are placed that have just too long or low steps, which makes them particularly uncomfortable (and they are many long stairs).

Halls 5 stars, the rest 3, 4 so average.

LOVEEEE the Harry potter expo there was super well organized !!

Unfortunately, since the takeover by Pathe, things are deteriorating rapidly. First it was a fresh clean cinema with excellent facilities. Unfortunately it is now starting to change into the standard nauseating popcorn air cinema ... SIN !!!

Beautiful large halls and corona is taken into account very neatly. Just a pity that the salty popcorn was old and not salty.

I was there for the Harry Potter exhibition and that of course was FABULOUS! The building itself is super easily accessible, nice, clean and tasty snacks.

Very nice cinema! The staff is friendly and helpful. A good alternative was offered if the Starbucks coffee machine did not function properly.

The halls are nicely furnished with comfortable seats and lots of legroom. Room 1 has an Atmos sound installation and a laser projector which ensure even better images and sound.

Nice and big and a very nice cinema, there is enough room for a lot of people and it is very clean. As expected, it is expensive to buy food or drink there, but that is often the case with cinemas. Everywhere you have a good view of the image and you are not bothered by the people around you.

Very slow operation, pathe arena understands that better. Movies are like any cinema.
And downside: as in many cinemas, the sound is too loud.

Free parking, where do you find that. Large cinema with lots of space. Spacious reception and easy stairs.
Easily accessible by car and private parking just in front of the entrance.
The only drawback is that the toilet is at the top and not on the floor of the movie theaters themselves. They also have a lift, which you can use to go up with a wheelchair.

I used to rate this at 5 stars, when they had a break during movies and did not serve that smelly popcorn. But now I have to come down to 4. It is a great cinema, with good seats, good sound. Very modern. It is also very large and spacious, which is a bit of a problem sometimes. You almost can get lost, and even when there are a lot of people the place seems deserted. But for watching movies, the screening rooms are perfect.

I thought the roof show was great but a tip. Do not put on new clothes or a nice coat, because the fire baskets will make you stink of smoke.

Parking ticket incurred !! Is there anything of paid parking anywhere! Kl..e municipality !! Milk cow for Utrecht.

For the film someone comes to tell about the film, director, actors and actresses. Nice idea gives something extra.
