Great cinema, friendly staff, free parking and plenty of space to observe the RIVM rules.

Dirty, the carpets are not clean and covered in popcorn. It's also very empty. It doesn't feel very cosy.

Just called through the reservation number of Cinemac Utrecht ( 0.80! + Call costs). After giving up the choice of location Utrecht, after 6 rings the connection was disconnected .... This way I can also earn money!

Very nice to go to the movies here. Despite Netflix, I come here regularly

Many rooms, friendly staff, only free parking is crazy / unclear. Then you have to be at the back of the building, which is not clearly indicated.

Easily accessible, free parking. Rooms are ok! Funny that someone tells some information about the trailers and the film itself before the movie starts.

Great theater. Free parking. Ticket by mail. Good routing with lockers. Lovely 4dx room with super comfortable seats. It takes some getting used to but just go with the flow. Tenet was a super cool movie.

This is invalid people unfriendly theater. My enkel is injured 11 weeks ago and now still during recovery period . need to go up almost 60 stairs to reach kassa and no clear board show where is w.c. beside -1 floor so another 30 steps down and 30 steps up back to kassa floor. I am so tired after all theses stairs before I am able to enjoy my movie.

Beautiful cinema, spacious. Only the toilets are not on every floor. Tip especially a visit ... No breaks namely. Chairs are fine. Beforehand you can get something tasty to eat or drink. Towards the irresponsible snakes also useful you. Parking without problems with parking ticket at the cash desk for an exit ticket. Through the website you can buy tickets directly from all payment systems and choose where you want to sit. (Emergency lighting goes off during the main film)

Bad experience .... one and a half hour drive to the Harry Potter expo to find out on arrival that we have to wait 3 hours to get in (okay, we should have bought the tickets online). At the checkout of the cards shows that you can not pay cash. Um .... hello !!! Since when does cash no longer have any value?
After a lot of pushing and pulling, it is still possible with the exception. After checkout appears that they child maps calculated for the adult price. Back to the checkout where we again after a miscalculation get our money back. After waiting for 3 hours finally through the ticket check and then standing in line for another hour before you can finally see the exhibition.
The exhibition is great though. But man man man what is it badly arranged at Cinemax. Never again !!!!

Nice new cinema. Good sound quality and great image. Only thing I miss is an air conditioning installation. Can get very hot in the halls during the summer months. Did not make it unpleasant given the fun and friendly introduction to the movies

Beautiful rooms: good spacious and comfortable seats and railings, excellent image and sound. Personal talk before the movie. Clean. All the ingredients for a nice evening of film.

Parking is ideal. Nice cinema. I give 3 stars because I saw that they checked visitor's bags. Probably on food, but I don't like that.

The Harry Potter exhibition was definitely worth it

The parking space in not yet very clearly indicated 06/18/18 otherwise very neat and comfortable seats enough leg room.

Nice neat cinema with 7 screens and a "roof top cinema" where you can watch films in the open air with a view over Utrecht. Free pillows, blankets and (if necessary) ponchos are distributed. There is a free parking lot, but you have to make sure you are in the right parking lot. It's just a shame there is no IMAX, but that is somewhat made up for by sound in Dolby Atmos.

Free parking, upon arrival and departure they ask if you already have an exit ticket. Have been there on my birthday. So you get a box of popcorn as a gift!

Visit to Harry Potter the Exhibition. nice set. Lots of clothes from the movies. Nice set up but you can easily get through it. A little more large imagery and action would have been nice.

Good and practical place for a symposium. Easy to reach with public transportation.

A great place to watch the latest movies in the cinema as well as a cafeteria

Very spacious and open. Staff is also very friendly. I like it :) today I saw Captain Marvel with dolby surround sound in 3D and it was fantastic.
I also like the seat heights, then you do not have a head in the way of the image haha

Very large cinema on the outskirts of Utrecht. Ideal for the neighborhoods under construction such as Leidsche Rijn, so that they do not have to go all the way to the city. Friendly staff, good picture and audio and very large with a lot of choice of films. Regular special events.

Great place. Someone from the staff always gives a quick introduction with some fun facts before the movie starts. Really good movie theatre!

Beautiful cinema with good sound and images. It is a pity that such a squeak explains the film in advance.

Away from the city in the outskirts. But a very well maintained multiplex. The screen 1 is equipped with Dolby Atmos and gives a ultimate sound experience. The staff are very courteous and helpful. We missed our show but were given the opportunity for the next one. That was a wonderful experience. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Spacious room with plenty of legroom and good seats. Good and realistic sound. Stairs a bit scary because they are without strips so you do not see the stairs properly. As a result, you can easily fall or misfire, something that certainly applies to people who see reduced or no depth. A star less because of the stairs.

Enough free parking spaces, the building is new and the seats are great, the only thing I didn't like there wasn't real popcorn, and you have a break in between movies some may like it and some don't

Very nice new cinema. Lovely chairs with high back. Very good visibility in the front rows. Restaurant only has sweets and drinks, why not fries or hamburger? After all, there is nothing to eat around here. Parking is free on site, turn right just before the cinema, behind the cinema. Paid parking in front of the door. Before the film we got an introduction to the film by an employee. Recommended!

Very large cinema with spacious, clean rooms. Sufficiently spacious seats where you can easily sink in for 2 hours. Be prepared, as usual, consumptions are on the expensive side but there is something to everyone's liking. Parking places were.

Cinema is fine, parking lot little maze, definitely driving away. You would think they would have fixed that now.

Good theatre. Though small movie halls, but projection and sound is quite good. Very good movie experience.

This cinema has good movies and quality and all, but the tickets are terribly expensive, in another cinema it is 4 euros cheaper

Good cinema with nice image and sound. Inside also nicely dressed, nice staff and relaxed chairs. Only downside: the route to the parking lot is poorly marked (for in the dark it is even with navigation a lot of searching). It seems as if you only come / go there with a giant detour

The place is great, they have several huge screening rooms as well as several smaller, just as comfortable screening rooms. They have a good snack shop for chips, popcorn and drinks. Their staff is almost always friendly and are very strict on everyone keeping quiet during screenings. Overall, great experience!

The exhibition of Harry Potter is an exciting experience with all elements of the film

I have never saw a cinema so huge in my life and even have an out door cinema on the roof

Excellent location and enough diversity. Easily accessible by public transport and car, ample parking. You are excellent for a film.
