Our first performance ever, seen "A Christmas carol " which is my favorite Christmas story and the cast and crew nailed it! I would recommend it highly to anyone and everyone. Job well done, thank you
Always enjoy going to plays. Seats too far to left or right can be odd watching play at times. But that is the same at any venue like this.
The performance of "Buddy Holly" was fantastic with high energy. And the cafe food was delicious. I loved the Waldorf chicken salad.
Love coming downtown for plays. This is always a favorite at Christmas.
Intimate setting, comfortable seating. You really feel as though you are a part of the production. Great acting and staging of Alias, Grace. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We went and saw Misery and loved it. The staff was very friendly and we had not had dinner prior but I didn't want a lot of food and I asked for a suggestion and that ended up being a bowl of the broccoli soup which was really reasonably priced and very good. I also wasn't able to finish it and they were nice enough to keep it for me until after the performance so I could take the rest home. The seating there was very comfortable. Parking wasn't a issue because we had paid for it prior with our tickets which I highly suggest or you could end up walking quite a bit. We definitely will go back to see something new again. Overall definately worth checking it out and having a fun night out there.
A fantastic time for all ages. Classic, cutting edge, funny, musical and dramatic plays. Never a bad show.
The theaters are beautiful and comfortable. The shows are always exceptional and well performed. Staff is very pleasant. Thoroughly enjoy every visit.

Excellent production. The wine and appetizers prior to the performance for donor's is a lovely touch. Accoustics are good, handicapped seating is comfortable and easily accessible.

Went to see Little Shop of Horrors and it was GREAT. Wonderful production. Impressive facility and extremely friendly staff.
Original staging and a clever light production of the beloved Charles Schultz characters! All the characters played many musical instruments often while moving or dancing at the same time. The cast was terrific and the energy felt like childhood revisited...even though Charlie Brown was full bearded! Great fun and endearing songs especially Snoopy's Supper Song! Go out and enjoy this one!
Wonderful first experience, will definitely go again
Love the staff and the plays! We came in late and I had a hungry child with less than 10 minutes to eat something, the staff at the snack bar set me up with a baggie we could put cheese cubes in so she could eat something and enjoy the play at the same time ! The bartenders are always quick and friendly as well. If you havent seen A Christmas Carol, i highly recommend you give it a shot. I have gone to see this play year after year, it never gets old!

It just isn't Christmas without taking the family to see Playhouse in the Park's version of A Christmas Carol.
A beautiful place to see a show in a very scenic part of town. There are two theaters so they are always offering great options. Playhouse offers a variety of shows, from more artistic and lesser-known plays to hit Broadway musicals. They tend to do shows that have not really been played in this area, so it's a great place to catch something new. There's not really a bad seat in the house in either of the thrust theaters. They offer drinks and snacks in their lobby during intermissions. The theater is located on top of a picturesque hill overlooking downtown Cincinnati and Eden Park. The staff there is amazing, literally every person is wonderful. Come early and grab a bite to eat at one of the many fantastic cafes near the theater. They have a parking garage and there is street parking available, but if you park on the street be prepared to walk up a rather large hill. You definitely need to check out a show at Playhouse in the Park while you are in Cincinnati.

Place is clean, staff is very helpful and nice. Check out their shows as a first idea for a weekend night out.

My friends took me here for first time tonight to see 'A Christmas Carol'. Was Such a great experience. The Entire audience was full of holiday spirit and The Cast of the show put on an incredible performance. I definately will be coming back.
I saw The Christmas Story with Scrooge and Tiny Tim. The show was absolutely amazing! I stayed for the TalkBack and was delighted to hear from the actors and actresses.

It was a sweet show. Loved Miss Bennet, Christmas at Pemberly! It is very cool in theater, so dress accordingly.

A wonderful evening! Their Marx Theater is cozy & personable and brings you close to the stage and the performers. Great acting! The theater was comfortable and easy to maneuver. Long lines at the bar, but short to no lines for the restroom. A snack and coffee bar was available as well.
