This hospital phoned me and my wife about my grandson's lab work for his liver disease at 9pm instructing us to immediately bring him in due to dangerous levels of bilirubin and receive an injection to his liver to relieve the bilirubin build-up. We rushed him there only to sit for THREE HOURS waiting for the staff to issue the injection. This hospital did not show that they care about my grandson or value his well-being. We are looking for a new hospital. The Burnet location is a joke.

My son has been seen by the Hospital staff since he was very young due to his NF diagnosis and an associated glioma. By far, this team is one of the best in the country and has moved mountains to accommodate our family and provide for his care. They make sure to spend time to answer all our questions and provide a high standard of care. Frankly, we drive nearly two hours to receive this level of expertise and service and have never second guest our decision.

Absolutely amazing work done here! The eye institute has been caring for my son for over 11 years. Every employee from the cafeteria employees to Dr. Motley and his staff go above and beyond! Keep up the great work!

Great nurses and doctors. Decent food but the cafeteria staff are rude. We came across 1 individual that was nice, other than that it felt like we irritated them. Hospital is clean and convenient parking.

I have Never had a bad experience, Always top care and everyone, Doctors, Nurses, Admissions, Pre-Op treat my kids like their very own. I want to give Jenny in appointment scheduling a special shout out for going ABOVE AND BEYOND to help get our Daughters ENT scheduling, My chart AND got me in direct contact w the nurse all in one call and was so sweet and understanding, She made my morning so much easier than I anticipated it to be! Thanks Jenny Your Amazing!

I recently just took my son to have his eyes checked at Cincinnati Children s in Anderson. He saw Dr. Kelsey Mach. She was amazing! She took the time to explain all that she was doing and also took the time
to answer any questions that I had. She had one of the best bedside manner I have seen in a long time. The nurse or medical assistant (I don t remember her name-she had short curly black hair) was also amazing! She did my sons eye exam and took the time to explain everything she was doing so my 6 year old could understand what was going on.

I also wanted to say Physical Therapist Hailey S. at the Mason location was also amazing! This was a few years ago she did therapy for my son who was a toe walker and fitted him for orthotics and she also took the time to get to know my son and made him feel comfortable. She always seemed to remember my sons interests and I feel like she got to know him.

We have seen other doctors as well over the years and we have always had such great experiences! Thank you so much for all you do!

Cincinnati Children's is one of the best health centers in the nation. However, the ER management failure should be addressed and fixed, it's not going to fix itself. ER waiting times became too much and staff either stressed due to understaffing or needs to be trained.

I was recently there. For a fetoscopic laser photocoagulation procedure. For my twin boys. The doctors and staff were wonderful. Very courteous and professional! The nurses were attentive and courteous. The hospital was well kept and very clean. Thank you for improving the quality of my twin boys lives.
